料理長：Peter Merriman

OpenTable 編集部より： 『LAタイムズ』紙は、かつてピーター・メリマン氏を「アロハ・アリス・ウォーターズ」と呼びましたが、これは地元の食材を擁護するシェフの根強い評判のゆえです。1988年にハワイ本島に初めてオープンした「Merriman's」は、マカダミアをまぶしたマヒマヒやタロイモのファラフェルなど、ハワイの定番料理をアレンジした料理で有名です。2018年までに4つの島にわたって事業展開しており、最新のホノルルの店舗は、緑と白のワイルドなフロアとジャングルプリントで際立っています。

哲学

All of Peter Merriman's restaurants share a common mission statement: Do the Right Thing! Every member of the staff is taught to respect the `aina (land) that feeds and the people who produce the food, to be proud in their work, and to take responsibility for making sure every customer has a memorable dining experience.

                                                                  Although it was a bit loud with the lunch crowd, the service and food were excellent. Our server, Kody, was very friendly and helpful, always attentive to our needs. The smoked old fashion drink was delicious and all of our food was phenomenal! Will return again!

                                                                  Service was excellent, we were happy to get an outdoor table since the live musician playing piano inside was quite loud and they graciously accommodated our request. The food was all delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Wonderful experience we would happily return.
