   Service was amazing, tea and scones were fabulous and our lunch was tasty par from small portions for the prices but would recommend and will return soon.

   Lovely cream tea for my birthday, a gift off a friend! Location, setting was perfect by the 02, north grenwich underground 5 mins away! Service was exceptional, members of staff Navya, Nikhil and Deon were lovely! They even brought me a little birthday treat out of sweets and biscuits!

   I was hoping to have a great lunch with some clients but was so disappointed. We chose this restaurant as it was in the hotel and was convenient - it looked quite a nice place to eat. Unfortunately the food and the service were appalling and it was embarrassing in front of clients. It took ages to get someone's attention to serve us and once we had ordered the drinks took ages to arrive. Then, out for the six orders, one plate arrived about 20 minutes later - it took a further 15 minutes for the other five plates to arrive and the drinks took ages too. The place was so understaffed it was laughable and the staff themselves had poor communication skills and showed no urgency except when we showed we were very unhappy. We returned food as it was less than luke warm and the actual food quality was very poor - Ia m not sure they had a professional kitchen staff - if they did then I'd be shocked. And after chasing for the bill, they even tried to charge twice for the food that was returned. If this was on the high street it would be closed down as nobody would return. So very expensive for terrible service and sub par food. Don#'t waste your money there.

   Fabulous service. Great staff and great atmosphere. It's the second time we've come here and we will continue coming here. Would recommend

   Not as expected due to the quality of food. Sandwiches were not tasty, supermarket sandwiches taste better.

   The afternoon tea was very outstanding and nice and if there was something u didn’t like of the menu the chef can change it for and the staff was friendly to I would recommend this to friends and family.

   The Meridian lounge was the perfect venue to celebrate our civil partnership. A wonderful simple elegant modern environment with plenty of space. The service was meticulous but not intrusive. And the food was divine. 5 stars across the board

    I just had a quick cream tea with friends. Overall, the experience was great and we will back. Highly recommended for everyone to try Meridian Lounge. The service was also good and the servers are very attentive.
