   Michael was our server and he was so attentive and engaging! We really appreciated his recommendations! The food was amazing as always, lamb encouragements were on point, both the rib eye and lamb were PERFECTLY done, apps were scrumptous! Amazing experience overall!

   Upon check-in, I requested an ocean view table if available, sharing last time we were seated ocean view but it was for 2 persons. The older lady who was the hostess made an unnecessary comment, “you’re having a conversation with yourself.” Really, I was making a request. Then she proceeds to seat us and makes an other short comment, “see if you just said ocean view then I got you, as opposed to the other stuff.” Again completely unnecessary. We are spending a lot of money to come here and talking to me like that in front of my family really set a bad experience from the start. It was completely unnecessary. Maybe you’re having a bad day but don’t talk to or treat your customers so poorly. Terrible,

   Food was really good. Perfect time of night with the sunset. Our server (made a point of telling us she’d been doing this for 44 years) was non-existent and slow and when she did say 2 words to us she told us she couldn’t wait to get back to her real job at the Mauna Kea. Really good food, awful service.

   Waited over 25 min to get water and over 35 to talk with waitstaff and that was only after we flagged someone down. We were given a new server and she ended up being great but it took over 45 minutes to get to that point. Appetizers and drinks showed up pretty fast but our dinner took over an hour to get to us. Staff kept apologizing so there was obviously an issue. Tables that came in after us were leaving well before us. Thankfully the food was good but it couldn’t overcome the issues with the service for the prices. Beautiful venue is the plus so you don’t mind just relaxing.

   We had the oysters crudo appetizer,paella and scallops. All very fresh and delicious! Service excellent! We will go back🥰

   サンセットの中食事したく時間合わせてバルコニー席での食事。どれも素晴らしい。 タコのグリルはタコの火の通し方と合わせた野菜、ソースがバランスよくビールに合った。 ミックスパエリアも火加減がよく程よく焼かれたえびが柔らかくライスとの相性も良い。 グリークゴッデスサラダは二つのグリル料理の箸休め的メニューでこれもとても美味。 大人２人で上記メニューとビールでちょうど良い品数。 ウェイトレス、ウエイターのホスピタリティも素晴らしく気持ちよく食事できた。ホテル滞在中食べたいメニューが他にもあったのであと一度予約済み。 レストラン全ての方たちに感謝の夕食だった。

    Incredible food and wonderful service! Luther was fantastic behind the bar and Michael was wonderful as well! The paella is fantastic.
