   Every employee of Merci we met was fantastic, from the hostess to the Chef. We could not have had better waitress than Kat. And don’t even get us started on the food!!! We will definitely be back..and back..and back. J

   Really have a FANTASTIC burger with frites- best we’ve had in the area and that’s saying a lot!

   Drinks took 45 minutes to arrive. We loved the atmosphere and food was good.

   Arrived at 5:15. Only 2 other patrons there. On a Friday night in downtown Madison, it seemed odd there would be no after work customers. Staff was very friendly and we had a nice chat until my "date" arrived. At least 4 of the items we requested on the menu were not available. Food was passable, but not exciting. I get the feeling that the place is about to close.

   Great waitress provided excellent service. Food was very tasty. Nice decor and great bar.

   We had a reservation and confirmed it as requested. When we showed up, there were no employees there and the doors were locked. Beyond disappointed, as my friend was visiting from out of town and was so excited to try this restaurant. Will not be returning after such a off putting experience with our reservation.

   After confirming our reservation we got there and they were closed! Had to go somewhere else on our anniversary . Very disappointed

   Food was good but the service was a little slow. Our server was nice and helpful. Would recommend folks checking it out.

    Shared a wonderful meal with my dad here! Classy yet modern ambience and very friendly employees. I had the French onion soup and the chicken entree and they were both absolutely delicious. Will definitely return!
