Mercer Roof Terrace, located on the 7th floor of Vintry & Mercer, takes in the sweep of London’s skyline, from the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral to the glass tip of The Shard.

Outside, guests can enjoy an al fresco dining experience above the city lights in a partially covered settings with comfy blankets and overhead heating perfect for chilly evenings.

Inside, the atmosphere is warm and convivial, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening wide to the night’s sky.

You can enjoy a menu that celebrates the best of modern English cooking, showcasing farm-to-table meat, fish and seasonal vegetables cooked using our charcoal oven and our house infused craft cocktails displayed in colourful glass carafes on the bar.

We had such a lovely evening on the rooftop. The service was amazing from the moment we arrived - it felt as though everyone there genuinely enjoyed their job. The lamb chops were also the best I’ve ever had, which does sound a bit over the top but they were lovely! Will definitely return - thank you :)

The rooftop is nice and got a great feel about the place. Food was pretty average though and service slow and seemed to get most things wrong, but maybe it was a new staff member. Overall, I wouldn't be too put off and might give it another try, but not impressed

There was a new waiter serving us and she was awful. Looked like she didn't want to be there and had no idea about the food or drinks on the menu. The food was bang average... lamb chops were as bland as can be and the dessert was like some kids menu dessert. Great place, view and decor, but I wouldn't rush back.

I had a reservation for 18th June at 17:30 on the 17th at 17:35 they changed my reservation to 17:45 on the 17th so obviously I was a no-show. Shameful behaviour by this restaurant, obviously want to be avoided
