Memo reimagined ! After making his mark with his bold cuisine, chef Rémi Lemieux is passing the torch to his accomplice, Jaya McNeil, now executive chef.

Memo invites you on an around the world culinary journey. A melting pot of culinary fusion with an emphasis on vibrant and fresh flavours. The menu features a diverse range of dishes including ceviche, crudo, smoked duck and seasonal braised vegetables.

Que dire d’autre que c’est une expérience culinaire d’exception que Rémi et ses acolytes nous font vivre. Des sensations gustatives absolument sublimes, et une conversation et un service sympathique au maximum. Tout est mesuré et équilibré dans une originalité et une rigueur sans failles. La passion est au coeur de l’expérience - le foody ne peut qu’y trouver chaussure à son pied! Nous allons y retourner les yeux fermés. C’est tout simplement wow!
