A Very Unhappy Experience. We arrived at 5:45 PM and we were seated in a booth by the kitchen door when the restaurant was empty. We began with some charbroiled oysters and ordered the rest of our dinner at the same time. After that, we waited about thirty minutes for the main course as we watched food being taken to the bar to guests who arrived after we did. I wanted to leave but my wife asked me to stay. The seafood plate was salty. The only saving grace was our waitress who was there for our every request. It will be a long time before we consider eating at Meme’s again.

The food was EXCELLENT! Far greater than I could imagine. This is a hidden gem in the Parish. We had a great date night! Our server Penelope was also lovely! The burger was tender and juicy and the fries were so good! My husband loved the chicken parm, but we were blown away by the boudin egg rolls and chargrilled oysters! Will definitely be coming back again!

Easter brunch was great. The Easter bunny and visited the table. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Food was great, we had the charbroiled oysters, eggs Benedict and seafood crepe. Will definitely be back

As a regular I am starting to understand the various staff and how they work. Food was very good, and the smaller back room we were in was quiet. Will be back often in the future.
