   I usually do not write negative reviews, but literally they were out of everything I tried to order-including tuna, salmon, shrimp, and even grilled chicken.

   We were sat immediately upon walking in, our waitress was attentive and friendly, our main course of dessert was delicious. We’ve been to this location several times and we will be back again ❤️

   Great place! Our first visit and we will be back! Our waitress, Hannah, was outstanding! All the food was delicious! Can’t wait to bring our friends in for a fun meal!

   Food and service were terrible. The hostess could barely be bothered from her phone to seat us. Our server spent more time sitting at a table by the kitchen with another worker than waiting on our table. Fondue was ice cold. We complained so it was then brought out boiling hot and was more soup than fondue. Chicken and waffles and chicken tenders were burnt and my veggie omlet was cold and flavorless. Not to mention I had to ask 3 times for my Bloody Mary and it was brought out at the end of meal. If you get a chance skip this restaurant.

   We made reservations for four to have lunch and participate in the Disney Trivia event. The restaurant was fairly full, with about 18 trivia teams ranging from 2 to 8 people. There appeared to be only two servers for the dining room, and, once it filled up, it was rare that our waiter approached us. We had to hail them just to get more water. Food came out in good time, but it seems expensive for what is served. The broccoli dippers were turning brown, and the pot of cheese, though delicious, quickly cooled down as the warming flame did not last long. The dining room was also freezing—and we weren’t sitting anywhere near the door. One of our party kept his winter coat on the entire time. My partner and I both regretted not having coats with us.

   Though we reserved a regular dining table, all that was available when we arrived was high top. Those were a little uncomfortable. Told the waitress it was our first time there, however no suggestion were made or direction given on the menu. Ordered a fondue pot first and steak frites. Fondue pot didn’t come until about 15 min after the steak. The food quality just wasn’t there and we really just did not enjoy it. Our waitress was really sweet. Probably won’t be back though.

   Great atmosphere and service! We especially enjoyed the freshly made cocktails. Would love it if you'd bring a Melting Pot Social to Seneca or Clemson, SC.

    The service was not good. Tables were crammed together, making it hard to sit down because of interference with the table next to ours. We waited 20 minutes before a server came over to help us. The overall experience was not good, was not pleased that it really wasn’t a melting pot. We didn’t like the selection of food on the menu. The melting pot items were small and didn’t have the flavor like a real melting pot. We felt sorry for the server because she had like 7 tables at once serve.
