Medley Buffet, Okada Manila’s center of local and international gastronomy, brings together a symphony of delectable flavors to guests’ tables.

The all-day dining restaurant features an innovative open kitchen design showcasing seasoned Filipino Chef Guillermo Aspera and his brigade of expert chefs in action as they create culinary masterpieces using only the freshest and finest ingredients in front of diners.

Seven buffet stations highlight staples and specialties from around the world, starting with a spread of healthy salads, cheese, appetizers, and a generous selection of fresh seafood. A banquet of local and international cuisines ranging from Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Korean, and Italian fare is served daily. Straight from the restaurant’s own rotisserie and grill are perfectly cooked meats with fragrant savory essences of spices and herbs.

The dining experience was very good .... everyone appreciated the food and the overall ambience. Staff were very accommodating. though we missed the lobsters, there other interesting food variants that caught our attention.

I booked a reservation today, May 19, 2025, to celebrate my parents’ 43rd anniversary. I had emailed the Okada reservations team to kindly assist my parents and secure a table with easy access to the buffet. My parents told me they had a wonderful time — the staff warmly greeted them and gave them a great spot near the buffet. They were even surprised with a complimentary greeting cake. Thank you, Medley, for such a thoughtful gesture. It truly made the celebration memorable for my parents, and they will never forget it.

Honestly, the food was worth it. My only comment here is their coffee should be better. The bad thing here is I was watching the guy from the bar make my coffee and it made no sense to me why he was rushing it. I was the only one requesting for it anyways. After he made my coffee, he was back talking to another colleague in the bar doing nothing. The coffee tasted bad. I can go on about the technicalities but it would be a waste of time.

The best in the country! A huge shoutout to Khaye, our outstanding server. The food was excellent, and every staff member was incredibly accommodating. The place wasn’t too crowded, making for a great experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return soon with my entire family!

The ambience and experience of the Medley Buffet was amazing. There was so much food to choose from and everything was delicious. It was one of the best if not the best buffets I have been to. It ranks above most of the buffets in Las Vegas. It was my birthday and the birthday person received their buffet meal from including beer and wine for free. I highly recommend this buffet.

We always enjoy Okada- staycation, breakfast and lunch-- Hoping for more Sugar-Free desserts. Kids would always want to go there- lots of options for food.
