Located on a picturesque corner of the Vieux Carré, Meauxbar is a vibrant neighborhood gem. A typical evening finds an eclectic mix of French Quarter residents, locals from across the city, and out of town visitors. Accessible and smart, with a unique worldview, our food and beverage menus are reflected in locally-inspired, modern bistro fare by Executive Chef John Bel. Our bar program uses seasonal and local ingredients to provide fresh, unique cocktails and our carefully curated wine list pairs perfectly with dinner. Corkage Fee: $25.

    We ate the pate, tartare, escargot, hangar steak, and fish almandine. Everything was fabulously delicious! Service, ambiance, and delectible food. ...I wish I lived in New Orleans so I could go often.

    The pork shank was amazing. The fish dish was great. The pork belly app was fantastic. Solid happy hour drink prices.

    When you just can't face another plate of Cajun or Creole food, Meauxbar offers a tasty alternative. This small, buzzy spot across from Armstrong Park serves up modern takes on bistro cuisine. Our dinner experience was good - efficient service, an interesting menu, tasty food, and a fun atmosphere.

    Wonderful enormous brunch- and my cocktail was spectacular. The service was great, and we ordered enough for twice as many people. Highly recommend this darling little spot.
