Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

Our server, Matt, was outstanding. Attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. He really made this experience top notch. The servers work as a team for drink and food running, and all of them were wonderful and kind. The food was fantastic all the way through. The Brussel sprouts were divine, the heirloom salad was fresh and tasty, the steaks were perfection, and the cookie skillet with ice cream capped it all off. Great experience all around!

Always an awesome experience here. Today a girlfriend and I opted to sit at the bar. All of the staff here work as a team and it really shows.

I don't think I could recommend Meander more highly. It is expensive but the quality of service, the amazingly creative menu and outstanding dishes make it a "can't miss" experience.

Wonderful atmosphere especially if you are seated outside above the river. Delicious food including the farmhouse pasta. Our server, Ryan, was outstanding server!

This is a fantastic restaurant and I am so happy that this option exists in Pagosa. The views from the restaurant's covered deck are beautiful. Ambiance, service, and food are all great. We had venison carpaccio and the three butter board for appetizers and they were both delicious. The heirloom tomato and burrata salad was the perfect second course and the mains were all very good. Someone in our party ordered the Thai chicken and it was very authentic and delicious. The wagyu steak was tender and not overly fatty. Wine pairing recommendations were great and the wine was high quality and tasty. The late harvest merlot (I think) and the port were amazing with the two desserts that our party tried. Everyone was happy with this dining experience and we look forward to returning soon!

My husband and I brought my sister and brother-in-law to a special dinner at Meander. Once again Meander did not disappoint. It was a delicious experience! The food is incredible. We had 3 starters (the lobster toast was exceptional)! Then we shared an heirloom tomato burrata cheese salad that was also outstanding. For our mains we thoroughly enjoyed the chefs pork chops, cast iron chicken and salmon. To finish off our meal we loved blueberry sorbet and a ginger lemon tiramisu. We are not drinkers, so that was not part of our experience. Nonetheless, our dining was exquisite. We will return again and again. We are so happy that Meander is in Pagosa Springs. ❤️

Exceptional experience. Loved the menu offerings , from apps to salads to main entrées. Everything was exceptional. Made it difficult to choose. Great drinks as pairings with our meal. We left satisfied and will be happily returning for another experience soon.

We loved this place. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. Patrick was friendly and attentive. We were greeted warmly and offered a sparkling wine to toast our anniversary. The lobster toast was a treat for the taste buds as were the hanger steak and halibut.
