Meadow Neighborhood Eatery is the first restaurant by husband and wife team, Chef PJ Edwards and Lindsey Edwards.

Opened September 2018, Meadow provides North Central San Antonio with a friendly, fun, warm and relaxing environment to enjoy dinner, brunch and lunch with family and friends.

Our menus change frequently as we work closely with local farmers and ranchers to provide our guests with a truly Seasonal Texas Southern dining experience.

A beautiful patio with a large wood burning fireplace is perfectly cozy during the cooler evenings. With a large dining room available for up to 60 people and a more intimate space in our private dining room for groups of up to 30 people, we Have the perfect space for your next party.

Join us for date night or a brunch with friends and family and enjoy our ever changing truly Seasonal menu.

Disappointing experience- I had heard great things but will not be back. Ambience was nonexistent- dark and drab. Service left much to be desired- took over 10 minutes for server to get to our table and over an hour for our food to come out- it was not busy. Food ranged from good to OK.

Everything was great with the food and the set up. Disappointed when our waitress Ann gave me attitude when I expressed my dissatisfaction with my second drink she brought me- it tasted way different than the first. My husband had to spell it out for her and ask to bring a different one after she went to the bartender then back to me to tell me I was wrong and it was the same (it wasn’t). For Mother’s Day, I thought she would have had a little more understanding and customer service skills- I have never sent any drink back in my life. Put a bad taste in our whole groups mouth. The food was great, but hopefully the service improves.

Probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches in have ever had! Breakfast on a bun is a definite try! Everyone else’s food and cocktails were great until it came time for the poorly executed hash browns and slow and forgetful service. I would say a solid 4 stars because that sandwich made my weekend.

The staff accommodated our large party’s request to modify our patio reservation to inside. We enjoyed cocktails while we waited. Our server was very pleasant and we never felt rushed. The food was delicious. I’m looking forward to returning. A few of us commented on how salty the entrees were, however. Maybe a little lighter hand on the sea salt?
