   An extensive menu something for everyone. Service was excellent, Jen was attentive and friendly. It wasn’t too busy for Friday evening so food came out quickly and was very good!

   Traveling through Southern Oregon…..was very pleased with McGraths…so much so we returned a second night. Excellent food and friendly staff. Very relaxed environment and great dining experience.

   We went for my birthday. Started with prawns on ice. Got 12 small shrimp scattered on a big bed of ice. You could taste they were previously frozen. I ordered Pan Fried Oysters. Carrots looked and tasted like they have been soaking for a long time. Squishy tasting. Potato was hot but hard as a rock. Oysters? Looked like something was dumped on a plate. Don’t know what it was. Fried grease balls. No consistency. Could not taste oysters. Had to spit it out. Presentation was horrible. Waitress asked if I wanted to take it home. I said no thank you. She said she would speak to manager. Never did. Then had the nerve to bill me entire amount. No apologies. She kept pushing like she wanted us out of there. She asked if I had enough to eat. I told her I could not eat that food. We left unsatisfied, hungry. Happy birthday to me.

    Food for the most part was very good, and a good value. Service was quite slow, as they were under-staffed, as are many restaurants. Forgot our water and wine. Our server was friendly, but had no time to give service.

    It was CLOSED!!! And how embarrassing! I had company that came in from out of town and we all met at McGrath’s only to find that it is closed on Sunday’s. Why would you let me make a reservation if the restaurant is closed????? I am livid!

    The server was AWFUL so we decided to leave. We spoke with the manager who offered a different table. The new server was great but the food was lacking to say the least. Mashed potatoes were extremely dry and crunchy. Salads were good but we went in for the lobster and it was over-cooked and disappointing. Over all a negative experience and we won’t be going back.

    The razor clams were good but the vegetables looked like they had been sitting all day. They were mushy and brown. The instant potatoes were also disgusting.

    We had an 8:30 reservation that they changed to 7:30 on open table. We got there at 7:50 straight from airport and they didn’t want to serve us. Finally someone a little more mature came out and seated us and told a server to serve us. The server told us they were out of most of the side dishes. We ordered two drinks and one main with the only sides available cole slaw, fries and a salad. It was served quickly and we ate in less than 30 minutes leaving a 30% tip as she had to work 15 extra minutes.

    Outstanding place for a family dinner together. good food and service and we could actually hear each other in our dinner conversation. No pressure so we had ample time to "dine" and be together.

    The food was subpar. I ordered the stuffed prawns and they were so tiny and not stuffed but rather the filling was just sitting on top. The filling was suppose to be a crab and shrimp mixture, but it tasted like just a bread mixture. The garlic mashed potatoes looked old and the carrots were not glazed but rather just boiled and had no flavor. I’ve had the same waitress the past 4-5 times we’ve been there and she is never in a good mood. She looks like she can’t stand working their, she doesn’t take your order correctly and I often wonder what her life is like to be so miserable.

    First time in Medford Oregon... just spend one night on a travel trip - just selected this restaurant by chance - and don't think anyone would be disappointed. Been there a long time and you can tell ownership knows what they are doing.. great food, great place

    Booked on open table for dinner @8:30, Upon arriving the door was closed, and the staff said they have closed @7, since the weather's condition. But Opentable wasn't notified that created confusion. After a long drive, it's a huge disappointment.

    this place got a good series of reviews on Yelp and encouraged us to try it. on balance it was medicore at very best. the server was efficient if a little icy. salad greens were crisp and fresh, but the entrees were less than appetizing and served cold to luke warm when they should both have been steaming hot. the accompanying "blob" of mashed potatos were largely inedible. there was something off-putting about the lighting. harsh bright lights set a tone of a fast food emporium, but the interior was well-apponnted and could have been far more charming and inviting. though the Oregon government and the restaurant management required masks on all patrons and staff, practically none of the patrons were masked and no one at the restaurant seemed to give a darn. many of the staff wore their masks below their noses for the most part and some even wore them on their chins. zero effectiveness. but that's Medford, I guess. in a county beseiged by covid cases/deaths. and I see why. we were happy to pay, get out and write the entire place off. so, all-in-all, I wouldn't bother unless you had tried every other place in town and still craved more "adventure". a solid D+at very best.

    The hazelnut crusted sole did not taste good. But because we had already suffered car trouble on the way, and walked a distance to get there in time for reservation, did not complain as the night was already too stressful for confrontation. The server was pleasant as d very attentive

    I know I've been to McGrath's in a different city so I wanted to dine here. I had the wood-fired salmon and it was overcooked. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to a good meal.

    Our server was the best part of the meal. Brent took care of us like we were in a 5 star restaurant. The food not so much. If it wasn’t for the server being so awesome the rating would be lower.
