The three dining areas (delightful patio, cozy pub and romantic main dining room) are all historic and delightful. Modern Michelin quality food (did I mention the chef actually earned a Michelin Star when in the Napa Valley) in a unique and beautiful setting. Personable and professional service and an amazing wine list together with impeccable wine service. Once our server arrived, which was a little bit of a wait, we had great service. I loved the yellow fin tuna tartare. The stuffed mushrooms were ok but not as flavorful as I expected. Pizza was excellent. Loved the thin crust. The caprese salad was yummy. The Ceasar salad was ok but a little bland. The meatball were decent. The sauce on them was very nice. I looked at Opentables' ten best romantic restaurants and we'd been to all of them, and they were all amazing...But Our meal and experience at Decant was most likely the best we've had in Southern Oregon, and would shut down many we've experienced in other areas.
