   We had a great experience on such a busy day, we waited a few minutes but were seated at a lovely table. Our server was so attentive, every dish, even the warm bread was perfect. Halibit and steak, appetizer artichoke dip amazing. ALL!

   Late seating us and then after 20 minutes realized they hadn't assigned us a server Finally a server asked for our drink order and took our meal order With all the delays I would they should comped or drinks My wife wanted the Special Menu salmon but w/o brie and was told meals were pre-made and could not be changed and ordered a salad I had steak which was to be served sliced with a sauce and mash potatoes broccoli ni The steak arrived not sliced and w/o sauce Very disappointing Mother's Day experience From start to finish we were there 2 hours A Very Very Disappointing Mother's Day Experience!!

   the ONLY good thing was our waitress who tried her best to make things right. The evening started with us being seated and waiting for 20 minutes, until i said something to a busier walking by, when the waitress came over she apologized for not coming over sooner but she said no one told her we had been seated. The evening continued with things being very slow from the bottled water we ordered to our food taking too long. My arrived over cooked and cold. They remade it for me but then charged me twice for it. I was patient until that happened and i told the manager face to face that their lack of preparation for a busy night should not have been my problem. They were understaffed and although it was Mother’s Day every excuse was used as to why things took too long and or were wrong. After i complained the manager (we think) sent a staff member over to our area to vacuum the floor (which was so loud) and the place closed at 11 and that happened at 10:45. Why would staff start to clean to that level while guests were still dining. I even made a comment loud enough to be heard which then made the person vacuum cleaning come closer and repeat vacuuming the same spot. When i finally said enough is enough and stood up to leave with my party the vacuuming stopped. This was the worst experience at a chain that should know better. Will never go back… would rather go up the street to their competitor Gibsons whose service and food faer outweigh these losers!

   Very disappointed. Went for a special celebration. Service was unbelievably slow. There were a couple of mixup with our order. We assumed that a manager would come by at some point during the meal. Never did. And while the restaurant was pretty much empty, they actually started vacuuming Right by our table. Couldn’t believe so many things went wrong. Ruined a special day.

   We dine here frequently. The seafood selections are always outstanding, and we love the Shrimp Kisses!!! The service is always top-notch, and the employees are very attentive without being intrusive. We will continue to eat here often!

   Service was slow. One in our party didn’t receive their food with the rest of us, and then it was undercooked, and then it was a different preparation than what he ordered. Waters weren’t refilled even when we asked. The server made rude jokes. Just a poor dining experience.

   Always great food and good drinks. Service was slow and inconsistent. The waiter was nice but a bit disorganized. We got a dish we didn’t order, drinks took a long time to arrive and he broke the dessert open before we could take a picture. But the food is worth it

    Our family made reservations weeks in advance to celebrate Easter Sunday, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The server was rushed, spending only 1-2 minutes at our table, and we felt pressured and unable to ask questions comfortably. We had to repeatedly request silverware, seasoning, and bottled water, which should have been provided proactively. Our food arrived lukewarm, and the table wasn’t cleared before our entrees arrived. Silverware was not set before our plates, adding to the disorganized feeling. The server also asked if we wanted to join the membership—very inappropriate after such subpar service. We simply boxed up our food and were ready to leave. The only positive aspect was the valet service, which was excellent. To which the attendant stated he hears this often. Overall, this fell far below the standard of a fine dining experience, and I would not recommend or return.
