    I was terribly disappointed. I visited this restaurant with my family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. I was seated at 730pm. I was informed they were out of Caesar dressing. Service was slow. Yes I ordered an appetizer however it was 9pm - still was waiting for main course. 2 of my family members had to get their meals to go as they were catching a nearby train and the meal was not yet served. We ordered crème brûlée for dessert and was informed that they were out of this dessert. Overall not a good celebratory meal.

    This is a standby for me, no surprises and a really great menu, especially at lunch. It is fairly priced (not so much at night!) and the food is excellent, attractive and delicious. Sarah is a wonderful manager/hostess/waiter and all around delight who knows just the right amount of attention my party needs (and it varies!). Don't be put off by the fact that this is a chain. This branch is attractive, quiet, elegant in a non-threatening way and perfect for a business or social lunch.

    McCormick and Schmicks is by far one of my top 4 restaurants in downtown. Management and staff are superbly hospitable as per usual, clearly representing the company’s values and principles. SARAH is approximately my server 98% of the time. She provides an incredible realm of service. Very attentive, which is an essential key component of service. Food recommendations are always excellent to the core. So excellent that I often order in accordance to her suggestions, which turns out to be phenomenal.

    The food was good but I was tired and wasn’t hungry anymore after waiting 1hour and 3minutes for my food , overall the waiters get 5 stars.
