   Business Meeting went very well had to adjust the time but they were very accommodating .

   Tables sandwiched together even though not full. Service slow and had to ask for everything. Asked no less than 6 times for dinner napkins and finished appetizers before we got them. Very expensive for level of service and average food. Decade plus customer but doubt that we will return.....

   We made reservations 3 weeks prior to Mother's day; however, when we arrived we were told that they were getting our table ready. Long story short we finally get seated about 25-30 minutes later. It takes over 10 minutes to fill up our water glasses and 10 more minutes for the waiter to introduce himself and ask about drinks and appetizers. Already 45 minutes behind, we ask to order. Bread arrives 5-6 minutes later. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, it wasn't quick, but it was reasonable. We eat and never hear from the waiter again. The food was very good with only a couple of issues. We ordered three ribeye steaks all to be cooked to medium-rare. They were all different. One was correct, another was very rare and the last was medium (almost medium-well). They were seasoned well and had good flavor. However, the I expected prime beef for the price, these were choice cuts (at best). The "blistered brussels" were not good at all. There were a couple tiny bits of pineapple that added some flavor but they really needed some sort of drizzle or reduction as whatever seasoning they'd had was, apparently, lost in the blistering. Following dinner we waited for 30 minutes for the check ( I actually fell asleep at the table) and my wife resorted to asking the hostess in front for our check. I don't mind a leisurely lunch when the atmosphere is enjoyable and the service is attentive...this was not the case. I can only surmise that the reason for our initial delay in seating was the abysmal service by the waitstaff. Finally, the sound level was not energetic, it was overpowering. We were taking my wife to a mother's day lunch, not prepping for a concert. There are times for loud more lively music and times when it should be more subdued. The volume and, possibly, playlist should be altered to reflect those times. This was a Sunday lunch for mom's not a Friday night out with friends. I enjoyed just about every song on the playlist, it was just much too loud.

   Screaming loud pop music playing inside so we sat outside where music was only slightly lower. 15 min to get wwaters30toget our drinks. My cocktail was overfilled, then spilled on our table when served. No attempt made to clean up mess on table and I got to try to hold a sticky, drippy glass. Our Apps & Entrees were (finally) served, in the wrong order. Servers all said things like “I’ve got a beer” and waited for us to tell them who ordered it. Then “I’ve got a red wine”, “I’ve got a Caesar salad”, “I’ve got a crab cake”, on and on. So at least 7 different servers so far. Then a server came and said to my M-I-L “Uh, we don’t have Cobb Salads”. I told him, “Good, because we didn’t order one. We ordered a Chopped Salad.” He said “Oh. OK” and walked away. I spoke to the manager, who was gracious, apologized and said she’d have a talk with staff. She came to the table and checked on us. Mains still took another 30 min. to arrive. One steak was correctly Medium, one was Rare when ordered Med-Rare. Must have been short-staffed because many open tables, so - not that busy. Overall, sad Mothers Day.

   We went for Mother's Day and it was absolutely packed. The kitchen and servers did an amazing job under the circumstances, with the servers keeping the table apprised of wait times without prompting. It felt maybe a little too packed in - I understand trying to accommodate as many customers as possible, but that dining room had very little wiggle room. Servers were navigating it well, but it was very tight. Honestly this was more an issue for staff than us, but it definitely was buzzing. They kept an incredible attitude under stressful circumstances. But honestly if that meant getting our table of 11 in, then I'm glad because everything was great. Food, etc. was on par for what you'd expect at M&S - very good. There's a reason it's so packed - they do days like this very well.

   Wait staff had too many tables. Drinks were slow. Wife’s food was good and hot. My vegetables were cold and the tuna wasn’t hot.

   The waiter was excellent and did a great job even with the crowded restaurant. The appetizers were excellent and the main dishes were very good.

    It was so cold in there it made eating painful. Told management twice but it never got any warmer. They never offered to see us outside on a beautiful day on the patio, I guess I didn't notice there was one
