It was to Spencer for the quality of the food. The salmon was not fresh. Very disappointing because it was highly recommended.

The service was excellent. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. The environment was quaint but not stuffy. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend .

MC has been on my list for a while. Finally went and oh boy, it was so worth the wait. Quite possibly the best meal I have had in quite sometime and I travel which means I eat out a lot. Started with Beef gyoza dish and a tuna sushi(nigiri and sashimi) for appetizers. Both Delicious. My wife got Chicken Pad Thai and I got the mixed grill(lamb, strip steak, and chicken sausage). WOW, just wow. My meal could not have been cooked more perfectly. We closed with LAVA molten cake with 2 spoons. Loved this place so much that we booked another reservation in 1 week. Can’t wait….

Disappointed that there aren’t many gluten free options on the menu anymore. The edamame was undercooked. Great ambiance and cocktails as always!

MC is the perfect special restaurant for our family. Menu options are varied to suit a variety of tastes. The sushi is top notch and my personal favorite, Chilean Seabass is another delicious choice. Our server, Nathan, was helpful with selecting the wine to accompany our meals. Our table on the porch was the perfect setting to enjoy a fine meal while daylight faded into the peaceful soumds of evening in downtown Cary.

Exceptional Meal! We dined on the porch. The sushi tuna appetizer was spot on. Our entrees were the Chilean Sea Bass, the Red Snapper and the Seared Tuna Special. All were perfect. Great presentation. We shared the coconut cake for desert. The mixed drinks (Manhattans)and the wine (Jordan Chardonnay) were great compliments to the food. Our Server, Nathan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our out of town guest was duly impressed....

Our server was excellent. It was a rainy day and we sat by the window. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I ordered the tuna flight special and a surf and turf roll. It was so good. I love tuna! My husband ordered a special that was stir fried vegetables, lamb, and filet and chicken sausage. The steak was cooked perfectly and that was the best lamb that I’ve ever had. We also ordered the fried buns to share. Definitely recommend. We already can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Had dinner there on Saturday the 24th of May 2025. Reserved a 6:30P table for four but one member got frustrated with finding a place to park and decided not to join us despite us offering to go outside, flag her down, and to help her to find a space. There is limited parking on the restaurant property as well as a parking garage nearby, a nearby parking lot, and street parking are available. So three of use enjoyed the evening and enjoy we did. We were greeted with a smiling face as we entered the establishment, lead to our prepared table, wait staff showed up in a timely manner and introduced her self and told us about the specials. She left, gave us time to talk it over amongst ourselves and decide, and then returned to answer any questions and take our orders. Food arrived, smelled good, beautifully plated, and tasted wonderful. Wait staff very attentive during our meal and we didn't feel rushed to leave. Very fun to have dinner in an old house with a lot of history behind it. Bottom line? I would have no problem recommending this restaurant to anyone. It's gets an "A" in my book.

This was a great dining experience! We parked our car easily on the main Academy Street, the walk to the restaurant was very pleasant and vibrant and full of energy from happy people all around us. The really excellent park was across the street with a beautiful fountain. The restaurant was a delightful old house renovated to its former glory, with a bucolic front and side yard, ample parking there too. We were greeted by a really friendly and courteous waitress into the house to register our presence, brought out to a a table inside the porch, that overlooks the nice front yard. We ordered the bluefin tuna special for appetizer, asian grill and parrot fish for entrees, banana foster pudding for dessert. Overall experience was unlike any other due to the unique setting. We had a very attentive waiting staff and everyone was professional and courteous, especially the waitress who we initially met upon entry. I'll get their names next time! After dinner it's so nice to cross over to the other side for the really excellent park! Great vibes and happiness and people bustling around full of energy with happy dogs everywhere. How a community should be like everywhere!!! The restaurant is definitely in a really good location!!! Will definitely be back, with friends and families! :D
