For parties of 7 or more the whole table will be required to do the pre fixe price supper club menu (any person who takes a seat will be required, i.e strollers not included). There will be a gratuity charge of 18% added to the check. Supper Club is a $60 prix-fixe priced menu per person. It is a family style sharing meal, where diners will select and enjoy a wide array of dishes from our menu.

One of our top three restaurants! Amazing flavors, large portions. Polished service. Great for four people, as the Supper Club Prix Fixe is too much to eat for a couple. The chef uses middle Eastern spices and flavors, and his accompanying sauces are spectacular! My only disappointment is a $30 corkage fee, which shouldn't be more than $25.

It was very expensive for what the food was. They usually have fries for brunch and we asked if they could make them but our waitress said only for kids. The drinks were good. But overall, very over priced for lack luster food

Mayfield is truly a gem in South OC! I love that the menu changes with the seasons, so there is always something fun to try. There is a great deal of care put into every dish - flavors and textures are layered skillfully. In addition, there is a wonderful array of vegetable-based dishes that I don't see at most restaurants. Downtown San Juan Capistrano is becoming a treasure trove for foodies, and Mayfield is one of the gems!

Love Mayfield Restaurant for its top quality food, friendly service and clean atmosphere! I highly recommend whether it’s for a date, girl time or a group function, they do not disappoint! The lamb shank, is my favorite, delicious!

Some nice options on food / tapas but the food items we chose were over-seasoned for our taste - example the beets were so seasoned it was hard to discern the taste of the beets over the seasoning. Good selection of drinks Good service and ambience

The food was great and scratches an itch that just isn't found in the area, but what really put it over the top were the cocktails. Our bartender was fantastic, and we loved both the menu's specialty cocktails and the recommendations he gave us for off-menu drinks. Sat at the bar, wonderful atmosphere, the owner chatted with us and is a great guy, this is an awesome spot for SJC to have.

The food and service were truly outstanding. We sat outdoors - covered patio. Noise level for us was perfect. Enough space between tables and lack of 4 hard surface walls made regular volume conversation easy. The Branzino was delicious but a tad bit pricey at $42. Big enough to share, though. We're already planning our next visit to Mayfield.

A beautiful blend of Middle East and South African flavors. We visited the restaurant for a birthday and dinner and loved the communal sharing style of the menu. Each dish complemented one another - everything was delicious!

Very unusual menu with very eclectic items.. they do not have salads or any nature, so if you plan on ordering a salad not going to happen. Hummus “rip and dip” is good and service is good. The menu will leave the picky eaters fainting! Cocktails are well crafted and have a good profile. Been in San Juan area for 30 years, atmosphere appeared appealing however the wife will most def not be returning.

Great food! Great service! We were there on a Wednesday evening and had no problem getting a reservation. We really liked the menu options, from light appetizers to more substantial entrees. Great for sharing, with some excellent fish, pork and beef dishes. For a party of six, it was a good choice. We'll be back!

This was an amazing dining experience. My brother in law who is a chef in Sweden actually recommended Mayfield. There were two of us and we ordered six dishes. Well more than enough, as we could not finish everything but wanted to try many dishes. We will definitely be back!

Love this restaurant. Food is always superb! Never disappoints. A little pricey but worth it. Our waiter was the best!!! She even asked my husband if he was right or left handed so she could put his beer by his hand!! Probably our favorite restaurant in OC. We always recommend it!

Fun spot in downtown San Juan. I'd recommend the sharing plates and my favorites were the Sweet Potatoes and the 5 Hummus dips. The only disappointment was we were there for a birthday and they do not offer a birthday dessert...only the candle and you purchase the dessert. I don't think I've ever heard of this. Just saying..a scoop of ice cream can't cost all that much.

Sometimes you find gems out of nowhere. We were looking for a nice place to eat on our way home after a weekend at the beach and found Mayfield online. Good reviews, so we gave it a try - and this place is F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C. The food is such a great experience, the way they are working with different spices and compositions is playful and constantly surprising in your mouth. Your tastebuds will go crazy (in a positive way). We were blown away and have to come back to go through their entire menu. For starters - get as many sharing plates as possible, they are a delight...:) We will definitely are coming back and can highly recommend this place.

Lyla (sommelier) was an absolute delight! Everything was great; service, food, ambience… but she made it all exponentially more divine with her charm, intellect and wit. We signed up for the wine club based purely on Lyla’s recommendation. This was our first experience at Mayfield - it is now surely one of our new favorites!
