   Mid-week is my favorite time to go to busier restaurants. They are busy for good reasons and I like good food. Max A Mia did not disappoint. A Tuesday evening at 7pm. We had reservations, but this was not essential. We were greeted and seated immediately in a comfortably full dining room. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Importantly to us, they did not seem rushed with divided attention. The wine and bread were served first (of course). I mention this because table bread includes a red sauce and … roasted garlic. The garlic is cooked perfectly and spreadable with a knife. Delicious. We ordered pasta entrees (bolognese and lasagna). We took most of mine home. For dessert, we split a slice of coconut cake (also most came home). Everything was tasty and cooked perfectly. It’s been about 6 months since we’ve been. I hope its not that long before we return.

   This is a go to restaurant for us. The food is always good, the service is good and the bar section is always relatively quiet always a pleasurable experience.

   One of our favorite places! Our out of state guests wanted to eat Italian food, this place hit the spot. We ordered pasta and it was delicious. Cooked just right and seasoned to perfection. Serivce was outstanding!! It never disappoints and the price is right!! Would highly recommend...

   We come fairly often. Last 2 times food was not cooked as requested. Medium pork was rare in the middle. Sending it back for more fire took quite a while so my dining partner needed to continue with the meal and was done well before my entree returned. New menu for the season with subtle but widespread price increases.
