   The beef ribs were gristle! When I complained, no adjustment was made. Ended up ordering another sandwich a la carte. I was charged full price! My wife liked her pulled pork sandwich.

   All I can say about this place is it had availability for a large group on short notice. Fries were good but fish sandwich and tacos extremely spicy fish and chips average at best. We were nearly alone for dinner at 7pm

   Bugs an more Bugs food was not up to par Both Servers were Nice an friendly I should have drove away when we pulled in the parking since there was only like 5 cars in the lot maybe your experience will be better Good Luck!!!!!!!

   This place is awesome!!! After reading some reviews, we had concerns, but everything was fantastic! Quick service, great food, and a wonderful waitress, Crystal. It was so good, our kids asked to come back the next night. I highly recommend this place!

   Overall we were disappointed in the food. The only dish that was great was the poke nachos. Kalbi ribs were decent but the loco moco was not impressive and calamari by far the worst I have had in a long time. I’m pretty sure it was frozen calamari, super chewy. The view of the sunset was good though, our server was pleasant as well. Apparently they are under new ownership so perhaps the good reviews reflect the previous ownership.

   This place has HUGE potential. Unfortunately it fell short on service and atmosphere. It's more of a dive bar than a restaurant. Most of the food was good- but many items were overcooked and all the food came out at different times so we had many waiting with empty spots while others had food. There was only one server and she was doing everything. Cobb salad was great! The place needs a fresh coat of paint and some upbeat music and décor and it would be incredible!

    Quite possibly the worst dining experience of my life. First, we had to wait about 15 -20 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. When we finally were seated it was at a noisy table in the center of the room. My wife asked to be moved - and another long wait ensued. When we finally ordered, my kids asked for the Mac and Cheese. About ten minutes later the waitress came back to tell us that they were out of Mac & Cheese. The waitress offered them free ice cream - so at that point we thought the restaurant was trying. When the food finally came the boys' cheeseburgers were charbroiled (burnt) with a thin strip of cheese that did not cover their burgers. My Korean still ribs were luke warm to the point were the grease on the ribs had started to congeal - and then there was my wife's order. After the waitress suggested that the waitress liked the fish tacos better with the flour tortillas, My wife went to great lengths to explain to the waitress that she has a wheat allergy, and that she would like the tacos to come with the corn tortillas as described in the menu. When her order finally came (it was the last one out) it was with the flour tortillas. Did I mention that the menu says, "corn tortillas." We left without eating and the wait staff and manager were not surprised. Still, I would not be writing this review but for I over heard our waitress apologizing to another table that the restaurant had run out of Chicken! Finally, later that evening, we ran into a couple that we had recognized from the restaurant. This couple explained that they had waited 40 minutes for a tuna fish sandwich that never came and also had left without eating. Stay far away from this restaurant.
