Waitress Britanny was very attentive and service was perfect. The food was delicious and ambiance was good. Noise level was High but that’s at All the Mastro’s Beverly Hills, Mastro’s Ocean Club as well as Thousand Oaks.

Expensive but well worth it considering the quality of the food and service combined with the ambiance. You walk in and feel transported from Thousand Oaks to Beverly Hills.

Not the first time attending the the place. The wait time with reservations is getting worse and I it wasn’t a special weekend. It’s unacceptable for a fine dining to make people wait for so long with reservations. It wasn’t just me, every single party waited for a long time. Buying drinks or appetizers for making people wait.

Seafood tower was a joke. For the amount they charge for king crab legs and what you get is robbery. The size of the king crab compares more to thin snow crab legs than king crab. Complete rip-off

It was outrageously loud, I’ve dined here many times and this night it seemed like the piano player was pretending her was performing at the Hollywood bowl. Food was great as always, but drinks service was very slow. Still, i love you folks and will see you soon.

Food is amazing as always but the service was not as great as it normally is. It was a very busy Sat night so lesson learned on not going on a weekend again. We split a few items & when our food was served, they were so quick to put it on our plates that we had no idea which cut of meat was which. We also discovered the next day that the food we took home was basically dumped into the to-go containers. Everything was upside down & a mess. We’ve never had that experience here before. Overall, the food is always exquisite & the staff is attentive & nice, but this time, the staff seemed hurried & not as tight. It just didn’t feel up to par with past experiences. This is a special occasion restaurant for us that we love so we will go again but we won’t return on a weekend.

I've been going to Mastros for many years but my last visit left a lot to be desired. Usually we get sat in the Mastros room and we didn't even though I requested. I realize sometimes it has a private event but it would be nice if they let me know beforehand. Our food took forever on the night we went, which is weird because it was early and they weren't that busy. Then one of our sides was wrong so we had to wait for them to make the side and bring it out. Lastly, we got the special, which was a huge bone in ribeye. It was super charred like the flame had it it directly for awhile. I didn't want to complain because we already had to wait for the side to be made. Overall I think I would try other places is town going forward.

Our waiter was excellent and the food was great! We had the wedge salad with blue cheese dressing but we split it and I got a balsamic dressing. We shared an 8oz filet mignon, so yummy delicious with a side of french fries. We also shared a flourless chocolate cake with whipped cream.

My family and I went to Mastro’s to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and it was not at all the experience we were expecting. Almost as soon as we sat down it felt like the servers were judging and making fun of us. They got our order wrong and when the wrong dish was brought out and I asked about it, it seemed as though she was just trying to brush it off and wasn’t apologetic. By the time the correct dish finally came out the rest of my family was already done with their main course. For the stature and price point of this restaurant we had much higher expectations. I have never left a review for a restaurant but I truly felt let down and disappointed with our experience at Mastro’s and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great meal at Mastro's; however, the music and sound was honestly terrible. The person singing had a very shrill sounding voice and the speaker was directly above our heads. We asked if possibly the sound could be turned down but apparently they either could not or would not adjust it. It was a delicious meal, but they need to reconsider their entertainment. It was an unpleasant distraction for an over $500 meal.

Pork chops were good. Salmon was overcooked so that was disappointing. Mushrooms were good but were too greasy. Seared Big Eye Tuna was perfect. Bread was yummy. Butter pound cake was excellent. The restaurant was freezing cold. Even my husband thought it was uncomfortably cold and that’s very unusual. We were seated in the wine room so maybe it was just in that section of the restaurant, don’t know. The music from 5:30 to about 6 or 6:30 was distracting and created an awkward ambiance. Overall we enjoyed our evening out.

Definitely a great dining experience. From the host check in to the end, everyone created an exceptional level of food and service. Our server, Raymond, was so great and took special efforts to ensure our celebration was perfect. Bartender always excels at drinks. Wine list has some very expensive wines but also offers a great selection of quality wines that are more reasonably priced. Lena, thank you for time-this location has what it takes to be the best dining spot in Thousand Oaks. Chef always serves the best, never disappointed with food preparation, presentation and timing. Lastly, we appreciate the entertainer. The sound level is perfect and the variety of song always as tasteful as the meal itself.

We really enjoy sitting in the bar for dinner to eat and enjoy the live music, but it was so loud we were literally yelling at each other to hear. It just really made me not ever want to go there again.

Mastro’s is always solid. Steaks are nicely cooked and presented, although I don’t care for the blazing hot plates and generally ask for a warm, not hot, plate. Their raw fish is always excellent, and creating a seafood tower is fun for the table. Drinks are strong and plentiful. Sometimes the music is a little loud for our tastes. A very nice place.

You cannot lose when you dine at this restaurant. I’ve been to most of the Mastro restaurants in LA, and this one is by far the best. For some reason, I feel the food is better here, and the service is top notch. Enjoy!

For sure not going to this Mastros ever again. I will stick to Ocean Club. Hair in my food, the seating is weird literally sat us next to the emergency door. Very different crowd then Ocean Club, it’s perfect for the Thousand Oaks area tho.🤷🏽‍♂️

Food and drinks were excellent. Steak was better than I remember from my first outting here. Server was attentive and helpful. Tables in the dining area were a little close together so when people needed to get up it could get awkward.

The so called sommelier has no clue how to decant wine. Brought a special bottle of wine that was 35 years old, he proceeded to put the bottle in the decanter as if he was pouring coke in a carafe all of the sediment in the bottle ended up in the decanter. Clueless. It was a birthday celebration we brought a gluten free cake to accommodate one of our guests dietary needs the restaurant have such a hard time about brining outside cake. What a joke. Will not dine here again.

The food and service is incredible. Unfortunately the music was so loud we were yelling at one another. Oh and a purse stand would be great. Not good if it won’t stay on the chair back. We however will always go back. The couple negatives are fair out weighted by the positive.
