Mastro's Red Velvet Butter Cake
The 28 Day Dry Aged Bone-in Ribeye was delish, as you'd expect, but the surprise of the night was the Red Velvet Butter Cake, which was so unique and just out of this world!
Great food. Glassware was dirty and first glass of champagne was flat, but the server immediately took care of that and we were very happy with our experience.
We dine here frequently and unfortunately this time the sea bass and the filet were sub standard at best. Disappointing
Greatly curtailed menu was disappointing as we look forward to our monthly visit.
The heaters worked great and the over head lights were so pretty. We really enjoyed our outdoor dining experience.

Despite COVID restrictions on indoor dining, great food and great service. Sat outdoors and it was quiet and nice. The red velvet butter cake was amazing.
My filet was well done when asked for medium. I returned it and then it was rare. Just off in the kitchen. As well, I had to wait 10-15 mins for my steak and eat sides without my $50 steak. Service was great.
I’m a simple 24 year old man from a broken down neighborhood, the food here was like a vacation!
Even though we had to sit outside under the tent due to Covid, Mastros did NOT disappoint!! Food, drinks, service were fabulous as always!!
The food and service were amazing as always. I really miss the live music though. Even if they could play it quietly in the outdoor tent it would be a much nicer ambience.

Service was slow. Steaks that were ordered medium came out well done. Didn’t receive things we asked did (Like more bread even tho we paid for it)
Also the room was extremely hot. We were sweating

I'm trying to be fair with them dealing with Covid, however when you go to a place like Mastro's, you are looking for delicious food and great service; we didn't get either. We've been dining there for years and this was the last time. The service was beyond bad. It wasn't just us, it was everyone except the table with a large party located immediately where everyone, including the waiters and bus boys, entered and left the tent and couldn't avoid them. All the waiters made it a point to look at the ground when they went to or from a specific table so as to not be able to be flagged for service. The burrata salad was only fair and was plated horribly, and there was only one small leaf of basil. The mozzarella looked like scrambled wet egg whites. My crab was excellent but certainly not a pound (about 12 oz.) and only slightly warm. My wife's sea bass was a large portion however horribly cooked and barely warm. We wanted dessert but it took so long to get a waiter we asked for the butter cake to go and then the check. When we came home the butter cake was frozen solid. A truly poor dining experience that cost $300.00. If you are in a wheelchair don't go; the route to the tent is not accessible.

Eating outside under a circus tent in the parking lot with music blasting was disappointing. I know they are trying their best during this difficult time but we will not be back.
Food is consistently wonderful, but they definitely do not have enough help with their outdoor setup. Inadequate service last two outdoor visits. Although our waiter was a very nice person, he was just spread too thin and not available to provide the level of service we’ve come to expect there.

First time at Mastros, service was amazing. Our server Mikey was the best service we have ever received. Our food was also delicious, hands down the best experience we have had at a steakhouse.
Even though the inside is not open, I still enjoy the food and service from Mastro’s. They have always brought their “a” game even during these hard times.
I was there for my 73rd b-day and it sooo good to be back and served an outstanding meal with fantastic service !! They even had my name of the menu....classy!!

We brought our son for his 21st Birthday and we are so glad we did! We enjoyed ourselves through out the evening, from delicious dinner to perfect dessert & drinks. Thank you to “Brittney” our serving host, who was absolutely wonderful! Thank you to Mastro’s host (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) who was so sweet in getting our table in the perfect spot! Thank you for making our son’s 21st Birthday so memorable! We will see you again.

Sides were cold and flavorless and half of the steaks were undercooked. Extremely disappointed and let down. Had incredible experiences in the past at Mastros and last night was a total let down...
Ive been here twice in the last 6 months both times they were missing lobster tail, first time was ok they kind of made it up to us and i hadnt requested it. This time i called specifically for my girlfriends birthday and they told me they would have some, walked in for my reservation and asked again they said they had it. Then i was seated and all of the sudden no lobster tails...the manager tried making it up to us and gave my girlfriend something she didnt really like and didnt bother to check back with us. Super bummed because i like coming here i used to go to the beverly hills location though and its a pretty expensive meal so they should definitely do better when it comes to service.
Best petit steak I’ve ever had. But I’ve had better mashed potatoes and lobster bisque. Didn’t know the sides were large enough to share. Some sides are overpriced. I loved the different pre-meal breads. Servers were nice.

Appetizer was raw. Steaks were almost instantly cold and did not taste great. Service was outstanding but the outdoor dining is a challenge for such a great place. I hate to write a bad review for such a great place but it was average at best and I sort of understand why. Look forward to them being back inside.
Servers were so rude and food was undercooked and cold. I’ve Vern going to Mastro’s for a long time and they ruined this experience
The value of the dining experience has significantly diminished. The server was hardly attentive and although the food was good, the experience was not. Our drinks were not refilled, our tables were not cleaned and we were mostly ignored
