   I was very disappointed at the service that our party of 10 received to celebrate a milestone birthday and Mother’s Day. Our waitress’s personality of not on par with that a five star restaurant. She was not helpful in answering questions, was not attentive to come back and ask if we needed anything, brought at least 3 steaks out that were well undercooked for medium well with no apology (in fact, mine was just cooked more and not remade), brought onion soup with NO CHEESE, and just had an attitude that was completely unpleasant. At least she should apologize for the kitchen’s mistake or take something off the bill but zero. Our four desserts literally took almost 30 minutes so we asked to cancel them all bc dinner took way too long with all the waiting between courses and then conveniently they just showed up. Again, no accommodation for the poor experience. It was just very underwhelming for this establishment.

   I would just like to start off by thanking our lovely waiter Cliff. He recommended us great options and the restaurant/chef catered to our allergens. Cliff assured we were on the safe side! Food was absolutely on point. Wagyu New York Strip was cooked to perfection, fried rice special was ridiculous. Ambiance was exceptional. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for 5 star dining. This is an establishment that Cares!

   We had a wonderful experience at Mastro's. The service was excellent, the food was wonderful. Even though it is expensive, you certainly get what you pay for. The portion sizes are also very generous compared to other resturants in the same proce range. We ended splitting quite a few items which brough down the overall cost of the meal and it was still plenty of food for our table of 5. We would definitely return.

   Food is just fair nothing great. Told it was my wife’s birthday, hostess confirmed that we were celebrating birthday and nothing was said or done at table. No happy birthday, no dessert, nothing.

   Went in on a busy Saturday with my girlfriend. Service was amazing all around from the hostess, bartenders, and wait staff. They really go out of their way to create a special experience for you. I even received a call the following day from Mastro’s thanking me for dining with them. Great little detail. Will definitely dine again soon.

   1st time for us visiting the Mastro’s Palm Desert location. We had excellent steaks, sides, drinks, desert! Live entertainment was great & service was excellent!

    Mastro is well Mastro. You just cannot beat their bone in Tomahawk steak (shared) The Palm Desert gave us a really nice cut and a nice dessert. Service —-always attentive but never interrupted It’s a pretty penny for sure, but for me it’s the premier steakhouse of the Eastern County
