   The food is excellent and the ambience ranges from energetic to noisy! The service seems perfunctory and sometimes haughty. It lacks warmth and hospitality.

   Food as always, was amazing! Cocktails delish! Steaks were superb, sides delightful! Bread basket so so good! Only problem was ordering and receiving each course - had to order bread basket from the hostess! We had to order our dessert from a random server whom I flagged down from across the room! Our server was almost non existent once we ordered our drinks, that took 15 min to be delivered to us. We were just a party of 4 people with a 530 reservation, place was not busy when we arrived and service should have been impeccable as it is at all other Mastros locations. Never had the chance to order another cocktail because our female server never came back, and aside from yelling across the room, no other server looked our way or seemed to care. If was really quite sad and very disappointing as we love other Mastros, but this one left a terrible feeling for all of us, we were begging for service AND had to ask a random lady walking by ( not sure her job, may have been the singer?) for our CHECK! If you want to shell out good money for good food AND service, perhaps another steak house will care about you more =)

   Noise level was over the top- you can’t hear the person next to you. Food delicious!

   Excellent service began the moment we walked in the door. The hostesses were friendly and engaging. After being seated at a high-top table (highly recommended), our server was wonderful, attentive, friendly, and helpful. Then came the AMAZING food—seriously, good food. We ordered lobster bisque (which was so incredibly decadent), a wonderful salad, split a bone-in rib-eye (which was perfect for 2 people), lobster mashed potatoes, and sautéed asparagus. Can't say enough good things about Mastros. Attention to detail was second to none....we never had to ask for a thing! Thank you Mastro's, can't wait to come back.

   Service was good, but my steak was very very undercooked and so I couldn’t eat it. The sides here were not as good as the one’s I have had at other locations.

   Food was very good, but the service has really gone downhill. For the price of the meal you expect excellent service, but that was not the case at this location. We were very rushed the whole night, and when my dad was still eating his salad with appetizer plates on the table still we were served our food very rushed. Additionally the server gave my boyfriend the wrong steak, we even asked to make sure it was right and the server said it was... it was not the right steak.

   Quality of Mastro’s steaks have declined as prices have risen… disappointing!

    I’ve been to other Mastro’s locations and have had better dining experiences. Starting from the first interaction at the host desk, we didn’t receive a welcome, just a look to ask what our reservations were under. Second interaction was with our server, who didn’t introduce himself and didn’t ask if we were celebrating anything special. I asked him what his name was and told him we were celebrating a milestone birthday. Secondly, we were asking about portion sizes for the side crab fried rice because I was thinking about ordering it as my main and his response was, “if you want to.” However, those we cleared our plates, provided us bread, poured us water, they were all super polite and delightful. Our server, his attitude towards our table felt very off and not just for a Mastro’s.
