   Great food and vibes as always! Service was great. Server could have been more conscious of how she brought plates out. Very sloppy.

   The food at Mastro’s is truly exceptional. The breadbasket alone is worth a mention, featuring a tempting variety that sets the tone for the meal to come. Sides like the garlic mashed potatoes and lobster mac and cheese are rich, creamy, and generously portioned-ideal for sharing and sure to leave you wanting more. What truly sets Mastro’s apart is the impeccable service. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making your evening memorable. From guiding you through the menu to ensuring every detail is attended to, their level of care is evident in every interaction. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcomed and valued, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself to a great night out. I can’t recommend Mastro’s highly enough. The combination of outstanding food, inviting ambiance, and top-tier service makes it a restaurant I look forward to visiting again and again.    Our server Juan was excellent and very attentive. It was a great atmosphere and the food was amazing.

   It was a great experience. The service was fantastic, we never had an empty glass, and the food came out quickly. I will say what I paid was not worth what I got. Just under $400 for 2 steaks (porter and ribeye), 1 side (mashed potatoes), an appetizer (bone marrow), and 3 drinks. I would have gladly paid closer to $200, even $250. The lighting there is absurdly dim which in my opinion creates a nice vibe. There was live music which was fantastic! I would recommend going there once but I will not be a repeat customer. I just can’t justify the price for what you get. Great experience, would recommend going somewhere a little cheaper though as you’d probably get a similar experience!

   We come here all the time for bdays, anniversary, and just random nights this first time I came in and the server was just not as nice as others he wasn’t bad but he didn’t do what other servers usually Do they convo with us see if it’s our first time and gives us specials you are offering and also says happy birthday he didn’t do any of this besides take our order the food was good but service this night from this particular server wasn’t as pleasant

   Where to begin? First, I ordered the Mastro’s house salad which was supposed to include shrimp on it, so the server told me when ordering, when delivered It did not include any shrimp. However when I let the server know they replaced it and put one shrimp on the top of the replacement salad. Lol Second, I ordered the 22 oz ribeye steak, medium, but it was prepared medium rare more on the rare side damn near still mooing. When I let the server know they took it back and brought it back out in about 5 mins still not medium but I went with it at this point. The steak had little to no flavor and was half steak, half fat which I showed the manager after being asked how my meal was. Fortunately the manager apologized and removed it from the bill. The drinks were good and my fiancés identical order was actually good she said. It was not what I expected from a high end steak house or even a longhorn for that matter. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a fine dining or even good dining experience. Oh and the waiter spilled a drink on my fiancé with her cream colored pants on no less. On top of that it was my birthday, oh well. Please do better.

    This was not our first visit to this location; however, it was by far the most disappointing experience we have had. The dining area was excessively dark, making it difficult to read the menu without additional light. Our server was inattentive and failed to offer side sauces for our steaks — I had to actively seek him out to request them. Additionally, there was no non-alcoholic beer available, which my father-in-law typically enjoys, nor was there chimichurri sauce, which my husband prefers with his steak. This was particularly disheartening, as we were celebrating my husband’s 35th birthday.
