    I’ve been coming to Mastro’s for years—it’s long been my go-to spot for special occasions in Orange County. While I still love the atmosphere and overall experience, our visit last night didn’t meet the usual standard. Service was slower than expected, and the order had a couple of mix-ups. That said, I know off nights can happen, and I’m hopeful this was just one of them. Looking forward to getting back to the Mastro’s I know and love.

    Spoiled Steak is a major disappointment. Now my second time having a disappointing experience at Mastros. Poor meat quality. The Landry’s difference is seen and it’s not good.

    We had a lovely evening. The restaurant is impressive, the service is amazing and the food was delicious. This is truly a restaurant that is head and shoulders above most others. The prices are premium, but not that premium and the portions are large and often shareable. We would not hesitate to return.

    Always love Mastros. It’s our special occasion go to! Birthdays and other celebrations. Great food and always impeccable service. HUGE martinis and that warm butter cake to die for. Special touch, they put Happy Birthday Robert on the menu!!!

    Father’s Day celebration dinner was nothing short of amazing. Henry and Edwin took care of every detail, from the wine selection to seafood tower selections, to the entire meal and dessert. Thank you for always providing us with the best experience, meal and drink. Our pre-dinner cocktails at the bar with our great bartender was also great!

    Do not do the buffet at Mastros!. Food was cold including eggs, sausage, tenderloin and potatoes. For $150 per plate you would expect to get your food served warm. Not the case at all. Our server was great! but the overall experience was "Never Again" that was a complete rip off and I could have had the same thing at Dennys served to me warm. I will say the seafood bar was quite nice but really not my thing.
