Service was amazing! Jared was an excellent server with first class service. We both had the bone in filet and my boyfriend got the crab legs all delicious! Finished with the butter cake for dessert which was to die for! Service was amazing truly a dining experience. The restaurant is also beautifully designed. Definitely will be back!

It was overcrowded loud and the service wasn’t worth it. They took forever to take my order. I told the waiter I love my food very spicy and asked for extra Tabasco he made a face when I asked the second time. I’m paying all this money to enjoy my food. Why was it a problem to just give me some hot sauce?

We were satisfied with all aspects. We dined outside since the weather was still nice, but the inside dining appeared safe. Looking forward to trying the inside dining as the weather gets colder.
While covid may have changed certain aspects of dining it should not have changed the service and food. To highlight: the servers were not Mastros quality. They stood around each other chatting in their downtime, they now charge for a bread basket, the burratta salad has low quality burratta instead of the cheese usually served, the whipped cream on the butter cake was from a can and not fresh whipped. Prices had skyrocketed. I intend to contact the manager for a refund.

Birthday dinner - The food was above average but the best parts were the drinks and the service/staff, both were well above average!
I went to Mastro's on Saturday evening for my birthday dinner celebration. When I made my reservation, I called to confirm that the restaurant was adhering to the COVID rules with tables spread apart and diners required to wear face coverings other than at their individual dinner tables. They assured me that they were absolutely doing so. At first, all seemed fine but as the evening went on, I saw numerous patrons/diners not wearing masks when walking throughout the restaurant. In addition, the bar area was packed with people and they were not seated at their seats with masks on but rather standing around clustered in groups, laughing and being loudly obnoxious which spreads droplets through the air. Not one single person in management said anything to those individuals not wearing masks when they should have been. This was very stressful for me as I have done everything in my power to remain healthy and since Mastro's is such a high end restaurant, and our dinner bill was hundreds of dollars, I was very disappointed and frankly, shocked at what I was seeing - I expected so much better. It really put a damper on my birthday dinner and honestly, if I didn't fear causing a scene by giving my concerns to the waiter and Maitre'D's attention, I sincerely wanted to call the Board of Health. Shame on you Mastro's - you should be doing much better. And, to patrons, if you're concerned about COVID, don't go to Mastro's until they can step up and adhere to the strict guidelines.

Food was delayed by 1.5 hours. The wait staff tried their best to apologize. No manager ever came out to apologize. Seemed to be a problem in kitchen. Better communication by the managers on the floor would have been more professional.
Great food, the tomahawk steak was great, as was the chicken and tuna entre. Drinks are huge and essentially doubles. Service was good but busy.
