There were 5 of us and the noise level made it hard to converse across the table. The food was good, but the veal was too thick and tough. The lasagna was very good. The scallops very worth trying, although only 2 small scallops. It is not a cheap restaurant.

The best lobster bisque I have ever had. The pasta the salads everything was excellent. The prawn cocktail so simple but so good. The prawns are crisp fresh and the presentation is beautiful.

Went here to celebrate a 70th birthday on Christmas eve. The restaurant was packed at 6:30, and while noisy, it wasn't enough to drown our conversation. Our waiter was quite attentive all evening, despite how busy he and the restaurant was. We loved the seasonal Christmas decorations and you felt like you were part of a large family party.

The food was excellent as well , with a lot of variety in the number and types of dishes which clearly leaned heavily towards Italian. I particularly liked the veal piccata and the Waldorf salad and the Carbonara special was outstanding!

We love to come here for special occasions. The cocktails are very well mixed, there’s an excellent pianist on a grand piano playing jazz standards, the food is creative and high quality. Our favorite items are the beet and pink grapefruit with goat cheese salad, the hanger steak and whatever fresh fish special they have. The service ia also very high quality with enough staff so they have time to spend helping you choose your meal and wine to pair with it. In warm weather, the sidewalk patio is fun. Yes, it is not cheap but with all of the above you definitely get your money’s worth.

We went for my husband's birthday - which I included in the reservation so the restaurant would know. When we arrived, the host was on the phone. He didn't look up once during his conversation while we stood waiting for about 2-3 minutes. When he was finished I told him our name and time of reservation. He nodded, got menus, took us to a table, put the menus on the table and returned to the host station. Not quite the warm welcome I was expecting. It took about 3-4 minutes for someone to approach our table and ask for dring orders. After that the service was fine, basically the basics. The food was quite good. When we did not want to order dessert, the waiter promptly brought us the check. No happy birthday, no thank you for coming. So would I go back? I don't know. We don't go out often, so when we do it needs to be great for us to return.

4 of us had full dinners. 3 were excellent as always. I had veal scallopini and was disappointed. Every recipe I've ever seen called for tenderizing the veal down to a 1/8 inch thickness. My pieces were almost a 1/2 inch thick, mushy and had an odd flavor. Definitely not up to your usual standards but we shall return.

Vibrant restaurant, great service and and a varied menu with selections to safisfy. Only complaint was the noise level that made conversation mostly impossible. Great location-close to Lesher Center.

As usual, Massimo's food, service and ambience was outstanding. We had reservations, so we were seated immediately, and soon after were presented with a menu and requests for beverages.
This spot is well suited for a pre-theatre dinner, as it's close to Lesher Center. We had to book at least 2 weeks in advance to get a coveted time that works. Would definitely go back.
