Great food and service, highly recommend!
Best veal in the northeast!
Great dinner with family! Eggplant parm, lobster ravioli, and gnocchi were big hits…clams casino not so much. So grateful that they took a reservation for 7! Terrific service!
Food was absolutely the best Italian food I have had and I have been to a lot of Italian places. Noisy but that was ok.
Music was very loud. Food was excellent!
The service was exceptional and greatly appreciated!!
The food was good not great.
The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. We will definitely be back.
Food was fabulous , wait service exceptional/fun / and so well prepared for every question ?
Sebastian was outstanding. . The food was good and the atmosphere downstairs is fun. Overall a great experience
Food was amazing and our server she was right on top of her game and just super polite and attentive. My real issue is it's a small place and it's too tight for that many people in this time of covid. We were really right on top of one another. And the covid rules seem to have just gone by the waste side. Love the place but can't say I would revisit anytime soon til covid is more under control. Just one less 4 top would have made it feel alot more safe with distance between people.
Food was good but noise level is very high. Seating is cramped, but that is typical of many restaurants in the N End.
Great service, delicious food!
We had a large party that was split between the two floors. Our servers were awesome. One table we had to wait to sit for a bit. Food was fine .
Service and food outstanding
Food and service was excellent. Prices are reasonable. Noise level was loud.
Always a great experience and delicious food at Massimino’s!
Always top notch service and a phenomenal meal! Not many restaurants like this left in Boston.
The service was outstanding the food was off the charts delicious. The man at the front door added such character to the restaurant, he was great. Definitely would recommend!!!
What a totally unexpected surprise! Looked for reservations same day after catching a show at City Winery, same night as Bruins game and in the pouring rain! The food and service were amazing! Will definitely be back!!
We had a wonderful dining experience last night. The server was attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious! We were seated in the lower level which is cozy, but quite loud when full…it was full! There was a Bruins game last night, so once the Bruins crowd left, the noise level was amenable to conversation! I highly recommend this place!!!
A group of us(9) went before a Bruins game. They sat us downstairs which was great! We didn’t have to worry about being too loud & having fun! Paulo, our server was awesome!!! Very attentive & friendly! The food was fabulous! Seafood fra diavlo, stuffed veal chop were specials. Delicious! The only complaint was my husband ordered the surf & turf & his ribeye was a little over cooked. But was still very tasty! What was he thinking ordering steak at an Italian restaurant! 😂 The stuffed lobster tail was yummy! All in all a great experience! We will definitely be back!
Overall one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had in Boston. Food and service were just awful. We were also seated in the middle of a wedding party that took up the whole room
Great small Italian restaurant. Everything was excellent.
As always - spectacular service and food. We had 10 people for an 18th b-day party and everything went PERFECTLY. Couldn't have asked for a better place to have a special dinner.
Came here recently. Service was not great. Did not cohesively collect our orders— very disorganized. When it came time for dessert they gave us spoons of all sizes that were still in their dish rack. Food was covered in sauces, good, but not great. Drinks weren’t good. Basement was cold. I’ve seen better service and food at other Italian restaurants
Our waiter was a really nice guy, our dinner was good and fast, we need to catch up a show at the garden, so that work out perfect so close by
Service was spot-on. Food, excellent as always. Servers always pleasant and attentive.
I loved everything about it except for the wait. We reserved a table a month in advance and waited as they clearly double booked people. After 1/2 hour waiting, we chose to eat outside and it was a chilly October night.
We had a reservation for 5:30pm. It was show nite at TD Garden so we arrived a bit earlier just in case. We did get in about 1/2 hour after our reservation time. It was very busy due to show nite. There were outdoor tables available but it was a chilly evening (luckily our reservation was for indoors). We were seated down in the wine cellar which was a cool room and every seat was taken making it a fun atmosphere. We shared Nona's meatball for an app...delicious! Bread is basic. I had clam and shrimp linquini (wouldn't have minded a couple of extra shimp in my dish). It was good. My husband had the chicken parm. He liked it. Our waitress was very nice. Jack (waiter?) was very attentive and was running from table to table checking on everyone's needs. Cuddos to him! I would definitely go again! If it's show and/or game nite at TD Garden make an early reservation!
Massiminos is one if my go-to places in the North End since it’s opening. It never fails- the food was excellent- the service outstanding. Close to TD North so a perfect dining experience prior to seeing Michael Buble!
Only concern is they crowded us in downstairs and given COVID was concerned . We initially were spread out and then they put a table right next to us- we felt compelled to ask if the diners were vaccinated-they were so we were ok!
Everyone was attending the show so service was great- and we enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere!
got our seats right away per our reservations, great location if going to the Garden.
Our server was sweet and always made sure we were doing good and enjoying ourselves. The food was nothing short of amazing. From the drinks to the apps to the entree everything was delicious. One of the best restaurants in the north end!
I’m really disappointed. We had to send the calamari back twice, our meatballs were ice cold, and pasta dishes were not good.
Dinner before Bruins game. Lovely outside table. Amazing food. Excellent and friendly wait staff. Highly recommend.
Staff was so helpful , attentive and personable. Food was amazing . We will make this restaurant our go to for future Bruins games and more
Good food. Pleasant staff. Construction next door left dust on the table. No one asked about the birthday.
