   Our server was uninterested in us or our orders. Asked us to over order food knowing it was too much. Unfortunately the food was really good so I would still consider going back, maybe.

   This meal was mind-blowing. The flavor combinations and quality of ingredients was top notch. Service was excellent and as a non-drinker, they had interesting and delicious beverage options. Will be back (as soon as possible).

   We had a great experience at Masala y Maiz when we visited CDMX in March '24. It's a small space but very cozy. The service was impeccable and they took their time to explain the dishes that we ordered and how best to enjoy them. The flavors were very complex with an interesting combination of Mexican and Indian spices. We ordered the Samosas, Camerones pa' Pelar, Chicken, Cheese Paratha, and a Paneer dish. They were all good but the Shrimp was our favorite. We also enjoyed the music! Make reservations early because we saw several walk ons being turned away.

   Absolutely Amazing! We were offered a "Surprise Choice" by server. It was well worth it. The food was bursting with flavour.| The staff were very welcoming and friendly. This place is a "Must" for CDMX visitors

   We were late for our reservation due to traffic in Mexico City and the restaurant could not take us. They charged us $60 any way and did not dine . Terrible treatment

   Lovely service from our waiter Josue. He had stellar recommendations for wine and we let him choose our meal as well. The food itself was delicious and very well presented. Each dish we had was something we'd never tried before. The whole prawns were a highlight and the little snack of peanuts before the meal was amazing at well :) 10/10

   An amazing experience for my and my partner on our first visit! All the courses were delicious, pairing beverages deliciously suggested by our assigned waiter. Try the surprise menu, you’ll be happy with the chef selections.
