Took my mom there for her birthday lunch and asked for a Waterview and that’s exactly what they gave us and all the staff were very very friendly. Food was delicious.

The cheese curds and fish dip were good. The chicken salad was so so. We ordered the chicken salad croissant and salad. Very little salad was on the plate. Not even a cupful. Our waiter was great! The beer options were good.

Our table was ready when we arrived a few minutes before time of reservation and we were able to be seated on the patio. The menu had plenty of options for our party (the pulled pork mac and cheese was a table favorite!). The location is great and did not feel rushed to eat and get out. Will certainly be back!

The smoked whitefish appetizer was some of the best on the island. The meals were good, not great. The pork schnitzel was a little over cooked so came out a little dry. The atmosphere was a little more 'bar like' than we were expecting in the dining area.

We really enjoyed our family meal here and had excellent service! We were lucky and got to sit outside and enjoy the water view. The fish & chips were delicious. The seasoning on the fish was very tasty! And the wood-fired pizza was perfectly done too.

Avoid the chicken pot pie. Two of us had it. One of us had 2 small pieces of chicken in it. The other one had no chicken in it. They cut our bill by 10%.

We loved Mary’s Bistro! We ate outside on back deck. The view was of ferries coming in dock &flowers around edge of deck. Great view. Our service was really good. Everyone enjoyed their food. At our table we had chicken pot pie, chicken soup, side salads & rotisserie chicken dinner. Everyone was very happy with their food.

We ate outside on the deck. It was a beautiful afternoon in Mackinac! I had the Asian peanut chicken pizza and my husband had the chicken fried chicken that came with mashed potatoes and green beans. Both were very good. Our server was excellent.

Sat outside on the water and it was great all around. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the indicators on the digital menu that showed you how recently a keg had been tapped. Food was very tasty and hearty. Good spot to eat if you are coming in or departing off the island as it’s right near the docks.

This was the best restaurant we visited on the island! We went to The woods and island round house and Mary’s Bistro was by far the best. I had the shrimp fettuccine and my husband had a burger. My four kids ate off the kids menu and enjoyed their meals. The waiter Edder was absolutely amazing! Very personable, energetic and friendly. Will definitely come back when we visit again!
