Excellent food preparation and venue for an evening out for dinner.

As usual, the service at Marsh house was outstanding and the food was delicious. The staff went out of their way to help us celebrate our friends’ engagement. We love this place!

Freshly shucked oysters were amazing. Grouper and scallops were delicious and the presentation was great. Not what you typically find in a hotel restaurant. Nice selection of bourbon at the bar.

Great experience, ambiance, and service! We ordered the smoked salmon spread, half shell oysters, and crab spread. All was very good!

Service took too long even though half the restaurant was empty. Fried green tomatoes were good along with the rest of the meal. Steak frites were a joke though. Three small pieces of steak and then fries but it wasn’t worth the price. Waiter also forgot part of our meal so we didn’t get it until the check came. He did remedy it by not charging us however I would have liked to enjoy my side with my meal rather than after.

Patio can get very loud on weekend evenings because of party buses driving by. Not the restaurant’s fault, obviously; just a heads up if you’re looking for a quiet patio setting.

Came here for my birthday brunch on July 10th. Purposefully chose this place for the oysters, which were amazing! The restaurant is beautiful and has such a great vibe to it. The server was visibly overwhelmed, which was completely understandable until she started throwing a fit about splitting up our checks. She pushed an open chair, crashing into the table causing everything to rattle, rolled her eyes, slammed down our original check and stormed off. I did not catch her name, but it ruined the entire brunch for me.

We had two groups of 8 together and our food and service was all fantastic! Faith was our server and could not have done a better job. Highly recommend for brunch, great food and cocktails!

I had a very kind waitress. The food was great as always, the Tennessee Whiskey dessert was soooo good I could have ordered another! This is one of my favorite places to eat and it’s definitely worth the 2 hour drive!

Our server, Bailey, was a sweetheart. When I made the reservation, I noted that it was a birthday celebration and when we ordered dessert, she brought a sparkler out with one of them and comped that dessert.

The food was amazing! The oysters plump and flavorful. We had the crab cakes, crawfish tartine, the fries, the ceviche, the crawfish pasta, the grouper, the scallops and the strawberry desert. All out of this world tasty and seasoned perfectly. Will definitely come back here again.

A nice and exciting venue in the heart of the Gulch in Nashville. Certainly enjoyed our time there and our server Bailey. First visit for us. The food was well prepared and the presentation was exceptional. I do feel the price for some of the dishes were exceedingly over priced (A small cup or bowl of gumbo at $13.00 was almost as much as the main course and could have been more flavorful). Then again Happy hour prices for Oysters on the half shell were exceptionally reasonable ($1 per Oyster)... Beyond that nuance it was great and we will certainly go again. We live in Nashville and love our "Foodie" town....I would recommend this establishment to anyone resident or visitor alike.

Wonderful place. We have been there twice now since last month for special occasions. Once for dinner, and once for brunch. Almost everything about it is amazing! We will definitely return.

We had a great dinner at Marsh House on Saturday night, but get there early if you want their popular scallops! Darnit! All our dishes were outstanding, the patio was nice and quiet and our server was great. I definitely recommend it.

First time there. Recommended by a chef friend. Will definitely go back. Service was extraordinary. Can't wait to try some more of the menu.

Food was divine. Service was impeccable. Ambience was upscale and relaxing. My only quibble was that after 2 appetizers, dinner left me still hungry. The scallops were fabulous but there were only 3 plated. Dessert was a necessity and it did not disappoint.

A wonderful seafood restaurant in the Gulch neighborhood of Nashville. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking to escape the hectic downtown Honky Tonk Central scene and enjoys great seafood.

We attended Marsh House for a girls weekend brunch. The service was great, ambiance/decor is spot on. Large windows, clean lines etc. we all highly recommend the spicy Bloody Mary. The Cinnamon roll was a great starter to split amongst the 7 of us. It’s located right in the Gulch so location was perfect way to start the day

We absolutely loved dining here for our friends bachelorette trip! The service was just as amazing as the food. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in Nashville, for any occasion.

I was a bit disappointed because I had the scallops and they clearly hadn’t been cleaned well because they were super gritty which killed my appetite. Waitress was nice, and very attentive but my martini was in the tiniest glass IVE ever seen and tasted watered down…. So the whole experience was just okay.

The food was excellent however the atmosphere was not what I was expecting. It was extremely loud with people seated very close and music blaring. There was no way to have a conversation. Definitely not a good choice for a romantic dinner. You also need to have your smartphone out the entire time because the menu is only accessible through a QR code! This is not ideal for a relaxing dinner out.
