By 7pm they had run out of a number of menu items and even one fruit juice. We had to choose something else off the menu and I didn’t enjoy mine. The roasted chicken with brown rice was flavourless. The kebbih starter and Maroush salad was very nice though.

Arif and the team were good. Having visited many Maroush locations in London I was little disappointed with the quality of the lamb shawarma. A little dry and quite a small portion. Everything else I tried, sojuk, humus, taboulis etc were good.

Food is great at Maroush. Server forgot to bring our wine (received it after the meal and took it home), Noise levels are high. Some due to acoustics, but also the music was very loud at times. Extremely difficult to hold a conversation.

Slightly disappointed with the experience. I ordered a bottle of wine to be told that it ran out the day before. I ordered a gin and tonic as an alternative to be told that they had run out of tonic. Poor show considering that it was Saturday night, the most popular evening to dine. The food however was delicious, the lamb shank was tender and tasty. I won’t be returning.

Really delicious shawarma and dips, and the service was excellent. Just knocked off a star as they had run out of most of the desserts by 8pm.

Excellent food and lots of it. Not much ambience. Although they had a whole wall of bottles, they could not fix a simple cocktail. Wine list was awful. Staff were very friendly and responsive.

Delicious food. Especially the meat was very well prepared. We got muhammara and kibbeh as starters, both were delicious. Very friendly staff. Would come again.
