Marly's Bar & Bistro is a standard American restaurant and burger joint. The restaurant began with a simple thought: The city of Wilton, Connecticut didn't have a dedicated burger specialist. There were plenty of restaurants that served burgers, but none that made it their claim to fame and since opening, Marly's has won numerous awards for best burger in the city.

Like most American restaurants, Marly's takes several cues from international cuisine. For starters, guests can order Swedish meatballs, ahi tuna tartare, crispy fried asiago and garlic calamari and Kobe beef sliders. Of course, there are many burger options on the menu from the classic All-American to the nacho burger with salsa and queso to the Napa burger with watercress, warm goat cheese and honey mustard.

The staff/servers were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. The food was very, very good and presentation was excellent. I've been there many times and always bring out of town guests for a lovely evening or lunch.

The service was prompt and amiable I really enjoyed my food. It's a nice casual place. I would certainly consider going back again when I am in the area.

NY Strip Steak was very good, as was the Ceasar Salad. Wine list has good choices at reasonable prices. Service was outstanding. Patrick, the bartender was knowledgeable and was very helpful.

Having been going to Marly's for many years the ambiance is always lively on the weekend. Food is good. I had the fish tacos. My husband had the pork chop special. The fried calamari appetizer was also very good. Service is always very good. IF you want to watch sporting events sit in the bar area. (The NCAA championship games were on.)

Great everyday dining. Excellent service creative menu & friendly staff! We’ve been going to the restaurant for since it opened and are never disappointed. The Chef is always evolving with Specials & maintaining the. Regular menu. They have a great bar with menu service. Marley’s is a great place!
