   I went to lunch there with my friend/coworker today. I have actually eaten at this place a few times, but today has completely ruined me ever going back. It took them a while to bring our food to us, which has never happened before. When my friend touched her nachos, she let the server know that the cheese was cold so he took the plate back to the kitchen. A couple of minutes later, he came back with her plate and the nachos had more cheese. As we were eating and talking, she noticed something in her nachos. When she pulled it out, it was a piece of hair melted in the cheese with another piece of hair slightly hanging out where that one was. The hair was clearly not ours because the hair in her nachos was light in color, fine and straight....my hair is naturally curly and dark with burgundy ends and hers is in faux locs. However, when the manager came over, his first statement was that it could be one of her hairs then said it could have been from the napkin. When she pulled the other from the plate so he could see it was melted into the cheese, he took her plate. One of the waitresses clearly agreed that is was not OUR hair. The manager was rude and there was no apology. We WILL NOT be patronizing this place again! Note: It has one star because I had to do so to post my rating. They would get no stars from me after this incident.
