   Second visit for a Sunday roast and no complaints. The service was fantastic and the food was faultless. Took a couple with us who both enjoyed their meals. We will be visiting the new venue for sure!

   The food we ate was wonderful as was the service. A lovely place to eat and spend some time. We would definitely recommend it.

   Second visit, and once again the best food in Exeter. It was the last night in Mary Arches St before they move to bigger premises in Bedford St, hoping they manage to keep hold of the magic.

   Absolutely fantastic experience. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Service was very personal, knowledgeable but relaxed. Loved the backdrop of 80s tunes :)

   A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The food was beautifully presented, tasted delicious and a decent time was given between courses. The staff were very pleasant and attentive-one little personal objection. I hate being referred to as “guys”. We’ll be back!

   The food was amazing every course and the red wind was the best I have had for a long time~ really nice to have such a friendly host at the door when we arrived and throughout the meal makes all the difference. Can’t wait to visit at new venue in Princess hay 👏

   Saw this first on Instagram and read many amazing reviews. It did not disappoint. The place is cool. A bit pricey, but the food was exceptional, so you pay for what you get. The staff were lovely. A little annoying as there was a really loud table next to us which made it difficult to talk to each other on our date night. We were offered to move, but then it would’ve been obvious so we just stayed where we were. That was just unfortunate. They were clearly having a good time, but it was a little annoying for us as we couldn’t hear each other speak! All in all I would highly recommend to anyone.

    Turned up on Valentine’s Day the the atmosphere was amazing! We got to the table and they took a Polaroid of us to give at the end of the meal which was really nice. Food was spectacular couldn’t fault it one bit. Service was also amazing with friendly staff and the overall vibe was just perfect for the occasion.
