Hawaii branch of Michelin Tokyo selected restaurant Margotto e Baciare, Winner of the Best Restaurant in Hawaii by USA Today, the first and only Krug ambassador, truffle centric French/Italian/Japanese fusion fine dining.
Chef Kenta Kayama has been trained under the best chefs in Japan, Mr.Kanda who keeps 3 stars Michelin for the whole time Michelin has been published in Japan.
We opened our door in Tokyo in 2014 and became known as the best place for truffle and old world wine. We serve fresh seasonal truffles from all over the world throughout the year, Italian Alba white truffle to French Perigord black truffle, Tasmanian black etc.
As being one of only 112 Krug ambassador chef, we have almost every bottles of Krug for you, along with many selection of old world wines. Working with Hawaii's first master sommelier Chuck Furuya, we also have premium wine pairing and monthly wine events.

Definitely one of THE BEST restaurants on Oahu. Recommend eating family style and enjoying a variety of dishes especially the pastas. My faves Caviar Egg Cheesy Mashed Potatoes with Foie Gras and Truffles (mind blowing good) Bolognese Tomato Lemon Pasta Uni Pasta Risotto with Foie Gras & Truffles

Absolutely incredible and unique experience! I’ve never had a meal that was truffle-focused and it was very cool. Very intimate experience and the courses left us super full! I wish we had the Wagyu a little earlier than the end. It was a splurge, but definitely worth it. I will certainly be back - can’t wait!

Wow…Margotto more than lived up to its outstanding reputation! What a treat from an amazing chef. Each dish left us wanting more. The service was outstanding as well. Super helpful and engaging. We will most definitely be back whenever we’re on the island.

One of the best restaurants in Hawaii and THE BEST Pastas too. Eating here is a joy of flavors. Always start with the caviar egg. The truffle infused mashed potatoes with cheese are a must! Top it off with a piece of Foie Gras and truffles, and you have a dish from heaven. the pastas are amazing and I recommend getting several so you can share . Thev foie gras frittata or with risotto is also a treat. also love the A5 Wagyu. This is my favorite restaurant in Honolulu and I am already booking another reservation.

Another perfect dinner at Margotto Hawaii. So good that during our dinner we were already planning our next trip back love the food, wine, staff, and service here. the absolute best pasta dishes in Hawaii. The creamy cheesy truffle infuse mashed potatoes with Foie Gras and truffles is heavenly. best Bolognese and Uni pasta ever!

Another amazing dinner at Margotto Hawaii. Food, wine and service were exceptional. One of best meals ever with Caviar, Truffles, Foie Gras, Pastas and fine French wines. This is my favorite restaurant in Hawaii and it seems like the food just gets better and better each time I visit.
