Our family love the first-class experience at Marble Steakhouse. The staff was attentive and service excellent. Owner/chef Andrew had stopped by and asked us about our dining experience. We greatly appreciate his intimate and beyond wonderful service. We would be coming back and recommending this awesome restaurant to our family and friends

Food was excellent. We had the fried calamari and steak tartare for appetizers. A little disappointed that our sodas came in cans which meant no refills obviously. Entrees were 2 chateubriands and a pasta de mer and a porpeta pasta with meatballs. Again, sad because we drove over an hour to try their A-5 wagyu steak and they were all out. Next time have to call before coming. Service was quiet and composed matching the dining room atmosphere. Desserts were delicious, including a lemon cake, a cheesecake, and 2 crème brûlées. Final bill was expensive but in the end worth it. Would have been more if we had been able to order the wagyu. Not overly crowded or noisy and we will consider coming back to experience the other side of their house which is the Korean BBQ. Hear good things about that and they also have an outdoor patio for dining but it was too cold that night. Maybe when it gets warmer. Until then we will have fond memories of good food, good service, and even better desserts.

Came here for birthday. I guess there was some scheduling issues because even though we booked a reservation for 8 people, we still had to wait 30 minutes or so to actually get the seat. But that’s expected because the KBBQ side is a little smaller and I can see how it’s difficult to host a group of 8 people.

Took my 95 year old mother in law to birthday lunch at Marble. Food and service were great Only challenge was the Open Table system made it hard to make a reservation for a large party and selecting which side to sit on K BBQ or Steak House

Not bad, it’s just ok and below average for the value. Food is decent and good, with 1-2 excellent ones like the chicken parm and crème brûlée. Wine selection is a disaster, especially when they serve Canyon Oaks and call itself a high-end restaurant? I do hope it improves over time. I would give it a couple more chances because the service was good and I do commend the owner for trying m. Plus, we could really use a good solid restaurant like this on this side of Irvine.

It was our first time here. We'll definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. We had great service, and the food was delicious. We went there for an early dinner, and it was very quiet at that time. We loved the ambience and style that they created here. We'll likely add this to our monthly dining spots. Thanks, Marble, for opening up in our neighborhood and giving us a place to come to enjoy quality food and service.

There is a sign on the wall at the entrance to the restaurant that says “sophisticated steakhouse,” but I beg to differ!! They don’t have a full liquor license so you can only order beer or wine and they only offer 4 options for wine by the glass, one of which is Merlot! The Cab was terrible. Some low end budget red. We ordered the mushroom salad to start and two minutes after it was delivered to the table they dropped off our steak and sides so there is no progression of courses like you would experience at a legit steakhouse. There is no way our Ribeye was USDA Prime. Black Angus serves a better steak. The Ribeye was $65 and was very thin, flavorless and overcooked. We asked for medium rare but it wasn’t even pink inside, it was cooked through. Mashed potatoes were soupy and the creamed spinach was cold. We were very disappointed with our experience!

We ordered the "truffled fries", the porter house steak, and the mushroom salad plus two glasses of wine. Fries did not have any taste of truffle, the steak was OK at best (for the price of $122, it was poor), and the mushroom salad was OK. Wine was not very good, but it was by the glass so no big deal. I now have checked it out, but won't be coming back soon.
