    As a local resident for over 20 years, the Maple Leaf is one of our favorite restaurants in Banff. A great place for special occasions, get togethers and hosting friends from out of town. The service is top notch, the food amazing, and atmosphere has a beautiful rustic mountain feel. The restaurant is large and spread out in several rooms and has an upstairs' so you never feel crowded and can have a conversation without yelling. I highly recommend this place!

    The salmon is very speical，prawn is very nice，beef is ok，I think they can cook more better. better service =18%-22%tips，expensive for the dinner.

    It was my first time to dine in this restaurant. It exceeded my expectations. I ordered the signature cowboy steak. It was well prepared. However its meat quality is only about average. To win a 5 star rating from me, the meat quality needs to be better.

    Excellent meal on our second day in Banff - Jess our waitress was knowledgeable and very helpful with the menu. Our table had great views of the mountains and the steaks delicious

    Great menu selections featuring Canadian sourced ingredients. The Halibut, Salmon and Seaks ordered by our party were all delicious. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the service was first rate.

    My steak was cold had to send it back, second attempt was good, out of zero alcohol beer . Previous visit 10 years ago was great but this time overall experience disappointed. They did give desert on the house to compensate for cold steak that was a good gesture. With so many choices in Banff and Canmore will likely not return
