At Manolo's Boutique Wines and Bistro, indulge in the exquisite creations of Chef Carmine, hailing from Napoli, Italy. Our menu features authentic Roman-style pizzas, alongside exclusive farm-to-table specials that change weekly . Each special is perfectly complemented by a curated wine pairing, refreshed weekly. We have Flamenco live music monthly on Saturdays and live music every Friday evening.

Join us for wine tastings on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, and savor our bourbon tastings on the first and third Wednesdays.

We offer special catering from a grazing tables to Roman style pizzas and we have a full bar for mixed drinks as well.
Private party facilities
We host private events up to 55 guests. We usually host bridal showers, baby showers and small intimate weddings. The house was Michaels for 20+ years and many Winton Salem Native have me memories of their wedding at this majestic place. We also have a private courtyard with several fire pits.

Manolo’s is a lovely place for dining. The house has been set up well for both indoor and outside dining. Parking is convenient. It is a small venue so a reservation would be helpful. The menu is limited but the food is excellent. We made a dinner out of the small plates and salad. The wine list was great and focused on Italian wines which goes great with the cuisine.

What a beautiful environment for a wonderful meal. Our service was top notch and the meal was outstanding! Can’t wait to go back when it’s warm and enjoy the outdoor patio. A hidden gem!

Service was great and our food was amazing. We will go again soon for music night and they have a bourbon tasting night. We can’t wait for a summer night to eat or have a drink in their beautiful back patio.

The atmosphere and the service was fabulous. The food was extremely lacking. We tried 2 appetizers and the 4 of us had entrees. The food honestly tasted like it was from a box. The salad dressing on Caesar was bottled no doubt. The pizzas were thick and missing flavor. The lasagna could have come from a microwave meal. The server and the space was great. This place is not going to last unless they make complete changes to their menu and food choices. We were all disappointed and also the price for what we got was ridiculous. Really wanted to like it. I hope they can make some major changes. We will not be back unless they do a 180.
