    We last stayed here in October 2024 and overall, the experience continues to underwhelm. Made a reservation for a 79th birthday, but no acknowledgment at check-in and no table reserved. Had to ask for a better location than in front of the noisy bar. There used to be French music playing in the background, not any more. The weight staff had a hard time understanding English, I probably should’ve spoken Spanish. There is no Belgian or French staff or anything . Three of us in the party had a kilo of muscles. Provencale was ok, but the Marinere was very bland, and very little garlic, which is typically French. The third had tarragon, cream sauce, which was OK

    A hidden gem! Some of the best mussels and fries I’ve had—even better than in Belgium. Great food, great service.

    Always look forward to eating at this restaurant. The mussle soup is fantastic--my most favorite soup. We are never rushed here and enjoy it tremendously.

    We used to really love to eat here. Since COVID it has really deteriorated. Only about 1/3 of tables were filled. With all that the mussels came out cold and tough. Bread was stale. Just will not go back. What a pity

    Great place for a birthday celebration. They paced the service very well. Never felt rushed but we were well taken care of. Mussels were delicious.

    Our food was excellent and our waiter was very attentive and helpful. We had the escargot, the sea bass and the Belgian beef stew and all were delicious. And we loved the great selection of Belgian beers
