   I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience my party and I had at the restaurant last night, May 10th. We had made a reservation for 9:30 PM and paid a deposit of $500 ($50 per person for 10 guests), with the understanding that this amount would be applied toward our final bill. Unfortunately, that was not the case. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a rude and unwelcoming demeanor from the staff, who seemed more focused on rushing us through the evening than ensuring we had an enjoyable dining experience. We were pressured to order quickly and ended up only selecting appetizers due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. To our dismay, the $500 deposit we paid in advance was not applied to our final bill, and we were charged an additional $300 at the end of the night. This evening was meant to be a special celebration for our twins’ 21st birthday, a milestone moment for our family, and instead it was marred by poor service, an aggressive pace, and a lack of transparency about your billing process. Will not recommend this place for a celebration ever.

   I've been here a few times and I always bring family to see the phenomenal show and have good drinks and good food although the food and the drinks and the service was great I cannot believe that they got rid of the Big show that was a huge loss on their part

   Felt bizarre - and like a tourist trap. Lured in by the lights and perceived atmosphere, but the restaurant experience was sub par. Food below average. Main courses bought out while still eating starters. Shrimp pasta covered in cheese unnecessarily. Was shocked at the price. A plus was the dancers - they were great.

   The food wasn’t great especially for the price. The service was great and the experience and show was good as well. Main stage not open on Friday night but was kind of early at 9pm. The drinks were good portions but a little pricey but the 20% service charge is over the top. Wouldn’t go back but overall 6/10.
