Great food and service, live entertainment was great. I made reservations for my sisters anniversary and made notes I was a little disappointed no dessert or acknowledgment

Highly recommend had a great time celebrating my best friends birthday. Ordered a bit of everything steaks perfectly cooked, we were all very satisfied!

Truly awful service. The food was fine. The pork shoulder was generous and tender. Casava fries were crispy. But everything else lacked flavor. Getting the server to stop sipping Starbucks and talking with the other employees was impossible. Will absolutely not be returning.

Overpriced and the food not great. I had the Churrasco and it was quite tough, my husband had the plantain and it wasnt great - meat in it was overcooked.

This place is a vibe. Great music, but a bit loud if you are trying to catch up with friends and what’s going on in their lives. Service started a bit slow with drinks but once we got some orders in, serviced picked up. We ate lots of appetizers, all delicious. Favorites were the mamajuana roll and the pork belly bites. Dinner was the churrasco, shared the pork shoulder and the stuffed cassava with chicken. We enjoyed everything and would definitely go back.

The service was lacking with the server not knowing the answers to several questions regarding the menu. It was also slow. The food was mediocre, at best. The churrasco was nearly raw and there was no chimichurri sauce served with it. The rice with the pork shoulder was dry and bland.

My group and I loved the food. Yucafongo is the best, but everything was delicious. The music was perfect (loud but good vibes). We had our Mother's Day celebration here and had a really great time. wanting to go back soon and forever

We had such a great experience at Mamajuana. It’s so nice to find a Dominican spot in Houston! I took my mother and mother in law there for Mother’s Day and it did not disappoint! Great food, great service and great atmosphere! Looking forward to going on a Thursday for the live music and salsa lessons! Will definitely be back!
