   Romantic table for 2 we were sent to the farthest reaches of restaurant totally isolated so moved table. Only one choice of red wine to order by the glass and that was very poor. Myself and my companion shared a salad starter which was a bit bland and had 2 shrimp so one each. we followed with a beef tagine and a lamb kofta tagine (i was hoping for a proper lamb tagine but had to accept mince lamb balls) We ordered a side of cous cous each to mop up tagine sauce. tagines were tiny about the size of a tappas and the cous couse just plain unseasoned and un flavoured but the tagines had no sauce and were so dry had to wash cous cous down with water. After paying the bill that uncluded a whopping 13.5 % service charge we were still very hungry and €78 euros poorer. I do not recommend this restaurant

   Thank you for your review Julian and even though we believe its quite unfair, we respect your opinion and will take your comments seriously. Now let's break it down - personally, as the owner, I came and asked you whether everything was ok, and I remember you said, its ok! so, it would've been good to get your comments on the spot so I could've try to rectify your experience. We were fully booked as you might've noticed and all our customers did enjoy their evening. We had booked you a romantic corner as requested that you have changed to the center of the restaurant. The Kofta tagine is not a lamb tagine as clearly stated, so I think we deliver. Again, I'm truly sorry you left unsatisfied, yet if you're ever in town, I would be more than happy to ensure you have a better experience.

   Food is bland. Not seasoned. Nothing like real Morocco

   Thanks Gary for your review. We boast ourselves as a true authentic Moroccan restaurant with Moroccan chefs and spices that we get directly from Morocco and therefore we have consistently satisfied Moroccan repeated guests who were there as usual yesterday. If you'd give us another chance, I would be more than happy to have the chef introduce some of the spices directly. We look forward to serving you again.

   Restaurant interior is clean and modern but too brightly lit. There were table lights so the overall spot lights should have been dimmed. This would help the ambience a lot. The staff very nice and friendly and the service was very good. The starters were very tasty. Unfortunately our main courses, chicken tagline and beef tagline were very dry. The sauce had evaporated. The taste was ok but too salty as a result

   Really authentic Moroccan restaurant. We had the Lamb with couscous and the chicken tagine with breads. The meat was excellent quality and perfectly spiced. The ambience was great and the staff were very friendly. There were no surprises when the bill came, as the 27 per cent VAT was included in the prices on the menu. Highly recommended!    Lovely food and service all staff made us feel very welcome, very smart restaurant and excellent choices of food. I am a vegan and the menu had some very tasty options I had carrot salad and olives to start and vegetable tagine with preserved lemons for main and I can honestly say the tastiest vegetables I have had in ages and piping hot. Cocktails were delicious as well and the mint tea finished the meal off perfectly not cheap by Budapest standards but compared to uk good value for good quality would go again
