The food is authentic in deed, we had mente tea and vegetarian and chicken tagines. They were excellent. I tried a dessert as well, it was delicious as well.

Top quality Moroccan food, the best fresh ingredients and great service in beautiful stylish restaurant. Liked it so much we went back again on our last night in Budapest!

An absolute delight!! This is not my first in the restaurant but it won’t be the last for sure. The staff are super nice and extremely professional. They were also quite helpful in organising a small birthday surprise and it didn’t disappoint. Besides that, the food was great, great value for the price and tastes quite authentic. The atmosphere was quite decent and put together and the music is spot on! I would highly recommend this address and would definitely be back Thank you!!

This is a fine place, everything was delicious, the service was friendly. As a one-time event, I'd say it's worth the money to try it out. However, I feel it's over-priced even on downtown scale.

Well... Very slow service due to the only waitress in the service area, and also in the kitchen. Some items were missing on our orderm like aubergine, ok, I accept it, no prob. Foodwise: I think tastes are refrained to please European tastebuds. The salads wer all looking tired, except the Majorelle salad, which was supposed to be a signature dish, but the tase was also blind. For the briwats: we had the cheese and the beef, they rum out of shrimps that day. Both wer preprepared and maybe frozen, because the middle of my cheese briwat was still very cold after having been fried. Chicken tagine was missing the tangy flavour of lemon confit, maybe there was none in there? Also tagines were served without any garnish, which is quite strange for me, I was living in Casablanca, I ate in many Maroccan restaurants in the world, never seen that. Lamb couscous was made with lamb shank, tastewise it was ok, even the stock was nice and perfumy. But when I asked for some harissa, I had been served a basic chilli paste known here as "Erős Pista", which hasn't the same taste at all. I got bored with that. If someone says it's Maroccan, it should be. And believe me, it is far from what you taste at Jema-el-Fnaa place in Marrakesh.
