United by the vision of discreet and timeless luxury, to elevate the time-honored tradition of tea with ultimate sophistication and style. Majorelle, with its majestic floral arrangements and light-filled terrace, provides an idyllic, garden-like setting for the Lily of the Valley Tea. Christian Dior, an avid gardener, found constant inspiration in nature and held great admiration for the lily of the valley, heralding the arrival of spring and the haute couture season. A magical thinker, Mr. Dior would sew a sprig of it into the hem of each of his dresses. As a tribute to this fascination, the Muguet collection, dreamed up by Cordelia de Castellane, has been enriched with new items dedicated to the art of tableware. Taxes and gratuity are not reflected on the booking pricing.

My friend Mila & I had a magical afternoon Tea experience at Majorelle Restaurant located in the Lowell Hotel in the heart of Manhattan. The ambiance was peaceful and we were seated alongside the garden area. We loved the Lily of the Valley Afternoon Tea in collaboration with Dior Maison. The tea sandwiches were so fresh and delicious paired with warm scones and mini desserts. We enjoyed tea and champagne too. Our server Mat (Matej Kostovoski) was professional, courteous and so nice to us. He explained everything in full detail about the tea experience. Thank you to everyone at Majorelle for making it a beautiful day!

I made a reservation for four to celebrate the 30th birthday of one of my friends. It was such a lovely experience! We selected the Lily of the Valley Tea option. I had been worried that we’d still be hungry, but it was more than enough and all very delicious. The service was very good as well, and my friend keeps saying that it was a perfect experience. It’s a little pricey, but worth it for a festive occasion!

This was our second afternoon tea at the Lowel. We enjoyed the first one and this time was equally fantastic. We arrived at the restaurant early as another function ended very early. They received us warmly and said if we wanted we could be seated immediately. Everyone was so kind and professional, the food and service were perfect. Much appreciation to all.

Oh, Majorelle in NYC, where do I even begin? This French gem delivered what might just be the best meal of my life—and my daughter’s, too! From the first bite to the last, every dish was a flawless masterpiece, bursting with flavors so divine they should probably be studied by scientists. Not a single imperfection, just pure culinary magic. The service? Impeccable. Like culinary ninjas, the staff appeared exactly when we needed a refill or a recommendation, then vanished to let us savor our meal in peace. It was like they had a sixth sense for our needs. And the ambiance? Picture this: warm, cozy, and effortlessly elegant, with fresh flowers blooming on every surface, transforming the dining room into a chic Parisian garden. It was the kind of place where you feel fancy but totally at home. Majorelle isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a love letter to French cuisine and unforgettable moments. My daughter and I are already plotting our return. Five stars? Nah, this place deserves a constellation!

This is where local upper east siders come to eat great French cuisine and gather with friends. Staff have careers not jobs here and service is flawless. The wine list is concise but we had several options in our price range.
