From the hostess to the server, the service was super nice ! Everyone was friendly, the food was SO GOOD, the steak was so soft you don’t even have to really chew it. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. I really like the candles and the dim light as well as the music choice was great and of course, the views thats I came for. I already told all my family and friends to come here if they ever are in Calgary! Thank you for having me for my birthday. As well as thank you for the birthday card :)

Was the first time visiting Major Tom After having several people mention it as a great location. Crab and Lobster rolls lived up to what everybody had said about them and overall was a great experience will definitely be back.

The food was incredible, service incredible, the views are amazing. Such an amazing spot in Calgary. They accommodated when we asked to be close to the window as best as they could even though they are highly sought after tables and those potato doughnuts are to die for. I highly recommend this place. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while!

What a magical evening! We were celebrating our anniversary. The view is spectacular (go at sunset), and the food was great. Alberta beef 😋 The thing that took our experience to the next level was Bronwyn, our server. She made us feel so special, explaining the menu and guiding our choices. This is a great place to celebrate the important milestones in life, whether that’s a wedding anniversary, or just Thursday night.

Food was decent, the best part of the meal was the chocolate dessert. disappointed in my main as I ordered a steak frites medium , but when I received it, it was basically rare. I sent it back but it came back at about the same temp the second time. I was sat there eating by myself as my partner had already finished his meal when I got mine for the second time. I was not offered any kind of compensation . But disappointed considering the price point.

Enjoyed an outstanding dinner for our anniversary. Every course was delectable. The potato donut and shrimp/ crab rolls were delicious. Duck breast, roasted scallops, seared cod and oysters on the half shell were top notch. Tried 3 of the 4 desserts and they were sublime. The service was absolutely on point , friendly with wonderful recommendations. David took great care of us. 10 out of 10.

Always enjoy Major Tom. The views are spectacular. Great service and food. Could improve on the desserts. I found the baked Alaska very dry and the CHOCOLATE MILLEFEUILLE very salty and overly sweet.

The team was very accommodating to our request of preferred seating and adjustments to our reservation. We had drinks for the night and they were lovely.

We had so much fun celebrating my friend’s birthday! The drinks are always top notch and the family style is great for foodies when you come with a big group. I do wish our server was a little bit more personable but she was good overall. Always a great vibe at Major Tom :)
