Nice place. Great food (though the octopus ceviche was a little salty for my taste) with beautiful presentation and excellent service. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. A really pleasant experience.
Nice evening, food and drink were well done, although a bit pricey.
The food is always outstanding at Maison Pucha. This visit was no different. The dishes are beautifully plated and very artistically presented. I love going here, the servers are friendly and attentive.
Wonderful experience! The Maison salad, branzino special, coq au vin & Normandy tart were very ample & absolutely delicious. Service was superb & we very much enjoyed dining on the patio. We shall return.
We went with kids and my parents and everyone found something to love. Great food great service. Will be back
Loved the food
Service was a bit slow. Drinks were ok.
Overpriced for average food, $45 for 3 scallops, snails were not tasty
Bistro fare, very well done, with ceviche thrown in.
First time here for business lunch. Staff was great, food was excellent. Went during the day so didn't get full effect of what the nighttime ambiance was like but will defiantly be back for that. The tomato burrata salad and crispy shrimp starters were excellent. I ordered the blackened salmon on top of spaghetti squash with vegies in a wonderful miso broth. The presentation was impressive as well. The trout almondine and beef bourguignon looked amazing. Will try those next time!
Maison Lucha has never been hit or miss. It's always a hit. So much passion goes into even the simplest of dishes.
We enjoyed the ambiance and as always the food and presentation were superb, but service was way off at the table and honestly, charging $120 for a snapper was far out of line. Servers should annnounce the prices of the day’s specials especially if the prices are exorbitant. Not a pleasant surprise on the check after a nice meal.
If there is a rack of lamb special be sure to ask how much it is and is it for one person.
Food was good. Service was very slow.
I have never been there and found it to be a gem. Can’t wait to go back to try new things from the menu.
Stellar meal from top to bottom!!
We had a great dining experience for my wife’s birthday. The staff were very attentive yet allowed us to enjoy our meal and personal time. The escargot and duck La orange were perfect. It is on the permanent list for French cuisine.
The food was delicious, service was impeccable and atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable. Had raw oysters, crab ponzu salad, some amazing fish, and of course foie gras. Very cool looking and tasty cocktails (with smoke and bubbles). Great food presentation. Will be back!!!
Great food and ambiance. The duck was perfectly executed. We’ve been regulars. Will continue to dine here.
As always, Maison was excellent. The crab meat ceviche was beautifully presented, however the longer it stayed in the marinate the flavor of the crab disappeared. There should be a way to address this.
The specialty drinks were most imaginative and over the top in presentation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Food was great, entrées were large portion. The vegetables were cook to perfection. We will definitely return.
the quality of the food is outstanding, short menu and the staff does not rush you to eat.
Wonderful food and service.
The mussels were amazing.
Definitely will be back.
It’s a lovely place for lunch with delicious food and cocktails— the east coast oysters were exceptional. Service was great.
Always enjoy Maison Pucha!
The food and location were great but we had odd interactions with the waiters and valet. We struggled with the waiter a bit, he seemed to be in a rush and not that friendly. Also they kept interrupting to fill out water glasses (when it was not needed) and brought our food out while we had our appetizers. This was odd because the waiter had demanded we order our main course at the same time as the appetizer. Also, the valet outside made some very odd and uncomfortable comments to us. Not what I was expecting.
Maison Pucha Bistro is a reliable favorite for brunch. Not too crowded but energetic enough when you feel like being in an upbeat environment. Friendly and great service! The French onion soup is outstanding and a perfect burger with a couple of glasses of wine! Great brunch!
We went for our anniversary and it was everything I hoped a special date night would be. The service was impeccable, the food and wine delicious, and our server even brought out a special treat when he found out we were there for our anniversary. We will definitely go back when we are in town.
Server could bit answer questions on the menu. Appetizer was brought out and midway through plates the appetizer. Followed. Very small portions for the price and food was warm not hot. Server forgot to remove a drink we were told they had but didn’t. We had to request the charge be removed. Atmosphere is sterile, service while polite was lacking and poor cake for portion and preparation
We had brunch and the waiter was as professional and thoughtful . The food was superb.
Tonight’s Ambiance of restaurant was beautiful and had a warm welcoming greeting from the ladies at the front and at the bar.
We didn’t receive the best service tonight and felt like our waiter was giving more attention to another table or he had too many tables at one time to cater to. He brought out our wine bottle out but just left it there with two glasses at our table and didn’t open the bottle for us until 10 minutes later. The manager walked by us but didn’t ask if we were okay, that would have been a nice time to take care of our table while his staff was tied up. Disappointing since we are trying to enjoy a $100+ bottle and had to wait until he can get an opener. Also, it would have been nice if the waiter explained the specials a little better. He went through it so fast and it was hard to understand what was included in the two specials.
The restaurant was romantic and very nice. This was date night for my husband and I and we will definitely be back. The food was 5 STARS!!! The atmosphere was 5 STARS but the service could have been better. Our waiter kept forgetting things we asked for and needed and had to ask others for help. But everyone ran to fix the problem and made it right. So, overall we loved it and for sure will go back!
We really like Maison Pucha. It is the restaurant in the Heights we visit the most. The food is delicious, great wine list, and a fantastic atmosphere. It is pricey, but generally worth it as we keep going back!
Have not been here in a while and the quality remains very high.
We love this place! Deceptively casual but if you want to dress it up you can. Service is always great and the menu is classic.
Although the food was spectacular, the service was less than.
I made a reservation a week in advance via the link on their website for 8 people at 8pm to celebrate my birthday. Their website does not list a closing time and there were available reservations on the website up until 9:15 pm.
Upon arriving, we were told by the waiter that the kitchen was closing soon due to slow business. He recommended we call the remaining people of the party and get their orders over the phone so we could order before the kitchen closed.
After taking our order, he informed us that if we had wanted to split the bill we needed to let him know before ordering, as that was their policy.
Overall, I wish communication had been better regarding the kitchen closing time and the split check policy. Especially as this was planned and reserved in advance as a special celebration.
Excellence as usual.
Maybe they are a few days from going out of business? Menu items not available. Staff somewhat distracted and scattered. Food quality below their usually standard. Feels like a place about to close.
For autumn on a patio, it is good. Overpriced for the quality of the food.
