   Food was not great for the price points, my girlfriend’s beef had a massive chunk of fat and my chicken did not have much flavor. Interior was nice and waiter was not around much.

   My first time back after a couple of years. The service was abysmal and we were there at 6pm. A rather early seating with a reservation so they knew ahead of time. Mussels were recommended, I guess to get rid of them bc every other one was fishy or had a cottage cheese like texture. No one finished their plates. Lack of flavor on most things. Fellow companion mentioned a sugar like dressing on their salad. I used to recommend this place to everyone. Was very disappointed. I can normally excuse food if the service is excellent but we were given 1 menu for the table and she was curt and brief coming around 2-3 times max; only 1x after plates were cleared (nothing during or after the meals were delivered by someone else). We only had 1 glass of wine a piece which 3-4 is normal for us but we never got the chance to order more Sad. I’m begging grapevine to get the food/restaurants right. We’re gonna lose charm if only chains can survive.

   At first, our visit was a bit disappointing—we were seated but not attended to for about 45 minutes. However, the manager completely turned the experience around. He was very apologetic and kindly offered us complimentary appetizers, which we really appreciated. Once things got going, our server was very attentive, the food came out quickly, and everything was delicious! I had the arugula and goat cheese salad with smoked salmon, and it was incredible! The staff was kind and always smiling. We’ll definitely be back!

   We love the food and the restaurant decor, but the little 2 seat booths are so tiny that my husband, who is pretty tall, can’t get his legs to fit in comfortably. The noise level is insane.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner tonight at Chez Fabian. Our service was outstanding and the food was really good! A great place for a date night!

   My basil soup and goat cheese and arugula salad were delicious! I ordered a mule, though and had to send it back. It tasted like pure lime juice. Couldn't taste the vodka or the ginger beer. Yuck! My cranberry mimosa was quite good.

   Everything we ate was exceptionally delicious; escargot, salad, sea bass, duck, scallops, etc. we love this place.

    A customer for years a favorite place for mussels!!! A friend from out of town came in she had never been here so I knew the pastries and dinner and drinks are amazing so we ventured out. Tonight was NOT a good experience first off our server had no personality and was rude to my friend. The mussels only half opened so for $28 I had the server go back in the kitchen and cook them some more absolutely the best wine sauce! Now the kicker was the martini I ordered a filthy martini with blue cheese olives never in my life have I been charged separate for everything while ordering this drink anywhere $11.00 Tito’s, $3.00 martini, $2.00 olives…….what the????!?!?!? Big turn off just charge one flat price doesn’t make a good impression to the customer, makes you feel nickel and dimed! Will I go back, yes….request a different server if she’s there yes!
